Pods in the Sticks is just a 15 minute drive from Kendal, within 20 minutes of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. The small glamping site is home to just two family and dog friendly pods. Each pod includes a double bed, double L-shaped sofa bed, ensuite, equipped kitchenette, TV, WiFi and underfloor heating. Outside, there is a private picnic bench and fire pit. Set on the Dales Way, it is great for keen walkers!

what a lovely stayed we’ve had! the host has thought of everything. felt very cosy, safe, relaxing and spent a wholesome few days here. our dog had the best time too! will definitely be coming back :)

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. Weather treated us, pod was fabulous. Its cleanliness was second to none. Everything you could need is there. Shops aren’t far away. We have booked to return in October ❤️

Attention to detail was unmatched. Just home today after a 2 night stay in pod, Whinfell. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side this weekend but the inside of the pod was very far from basic! The luxury bedding, towels, the cleanliness. The tea, coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid, salt and pepper, soap just all the little things that had a little luxury added to it especially the underfloor heating ❤️ I've came home and ordered the amazing English breakfast tea 👌 Thank goodness the inside of the pod was amazing because the weather wasn't great! The town, Kendal, was absolutely beautiful too and not far from the site at all. My family will definitely return but when the weather is better! Thanks for an amazing stay!
