Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 Excellent little campsite, right out in sticks with lovely walks. Loads of lovely animals that can interact with. Joe/John (apologies couldn’t remember which) was amazing greeted us as soon as we arrive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and had a load of knowledge regarding the local wildlife and surrounding area. Campsite was very quiet for us which was excellent. The facilities were just what needed nothing over the top just everything needed in a small courtyard. With everything labelled and explained clearly and a good selection of items in the honesty shop, which all were very reasonably priced. Able to use card as well which was a huge plus as didnt think to bring much cash. Can’t recommend enough!! We will defo be back in December for our anniversary in the Peacock Pod if not before 👀 thank you for an excellent stay and your amazing hospitality 🤙🏼
Bell Tent Moss Rose Campsite
Bell Tent - Bell Tents Jul 2025 We had a pleasant stay in one of the sensory tents. It is in a lovely location in reach of lots of places to go for a day out. The toilet/shower facilties were a little small and could do with some lighting at night time to be able to see them, as they are quite far from the tent. Joe and his wife Kelly were very helpful, approachable and easy to get hold of if we needed any help. Stanley's honesty shack is a great idea, which our kids loved and is well stocked. Good value for money in comparison with other bell tents. Would stay again.

Jul 2025 If you need to get away from the rat race and chill out, there is no better place in the area.
Pitch sizes are more than adequate and very well maintained. The owner is very welcoming and hospitable. Will definitely be back in the near future.
Awsome place
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jul 2025 It was so far the place we have been in the UK.
Quiet place, many animals around the locations like bunnies, ducks. The owner got some sheep and chickens. The tents are big and cosy. Fireplace is at the tent.
Toilets, warm water and some snacks are there. Toilets and shower is very clean. The owner is a very nice guy. He helps out with a upgrade booking.
No problem so far. It was just amazing here.

Camping Pod - Peacock Camping Pod with Wood-Fired Hot Tub (Dog Friendly) Jun 2025 We had a brilliant weekend at Moss Rose, staying in the Phoenix Pod. From start to finish, the owners were absolutely wonderful! So welcoming, helpful, and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was just right.
The pod itself was perfect for us. It’s in its own gated, private enclosure so it felt really peaceful. It was handy too being close to the bathrooms and the honesty sheds. Inside, the pod was really comfy, with some great added touches like plug sockets, a mini fridge, and a TV. My son especially loved the sensory lights! The hot tub was another highlight, so relaxing and we all enjoyed it.
The whole site is beautifully maintained and clearly well cared for. The honesty sheds were such a useful and thoughtful addition, and all the facilities were really well kept throughout our stay.
To sum it up: we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay again!

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Campervan Pitches Jun 2025 Wow, what an absolutely fantastic site, pitches are big and well placed, love the idea of the wild grass and flowers for the borders.
Fantastic welcome and really made to feel at home. Well placed out of the way from any major noise. Facilities were spotless. Snacks, ice creams all available with an honesty tin. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. The owners really have got it right.
Thanks for a great stay, wish we could have stayed a little longer.
Superb simple campsite
Backpacker Tent - Non Electric Grass Backpacker Pitch Jun 2025 Beautiful nature filled camping in a lovely location.
Facilities are back to basics, with lovely touches such as the honesty shop. If you like no frills camping, then this is a great place to go.
Camp owners were helpful and friendly.
