VW-Type Campervan - Grass PitchesAug 2026

Birch bank farm was very peaceful, beautiful surroundings with very friendly cows popping to the fence to say hello. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the site was well organised. The toilet facilities were very basic with only one toilet and one shower, however they were kept clean and stocked up. We would definitely return it was a lovely place to stay 😁

VW-Type Campervan - Grass PitchesAug 2026

What a wonderful traditional campsite. No mod cons which was brilliant. It is what camping is about with the bonus of being on a working farm. I loved that their herd of Hereford cattle were just in the next field. There was ample of space between pitches. The toilet and shower facilities are very basic. We really enjoyed our stay.

go in August-September!

Small Tent - Grass PitchesAug 2026

COWS! we loved it, the site has an orchard and the cows wait patiently for you to feed them the apples. the orchard is perfect for hammocks and the field opposite makes for a brilliant sunrise.10/10 if they refurbished it wouldn't be the same, i like the farmhouse It's basic and more than functional. its a campsite not a hotel. :D
