VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring PitchesApr 2023

Great location with lovely views, including entertaining livestock. Excellent new facilities and friendly host. Short scenic walk across the fields to castle and town, where bus can be taken to the coast or Denbigh. Hope to return.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring PitchesApr 2023

Great place, biblical weather. We are early in the season. Very friendly people who are always available to help if needed. The weather forecast for the last evening was bad so we left early, but will definitely go back.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring PitchesApr 2023

A successful 5 days on holiday at the campsite, even with horrendous weather. A working farm campsite with grass pitches and electric hookup, along with superb toilet and shower facilities which with credit to Celia the owner, are kept sparklingly clean even when she's fighting with the camper's dirty feet. The site is literally a 15-minute walk into Rhuddlan, with the shops, Castle and a nature reserve all at hand. We'll definitely be making a return visit.

Site's response

Thank you for the lovely review, despite the weather!! Really pleased that you will be returning at some point though....

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring PitchesApr 2023

We stayed here for one night to try out our new campervan. The site is lovely and peaceful with a great view. We found the facilities to be nice and clean. We really liked the fact that you felt like you were out in the countryside but in just 5 minutes you can walk into the village. We would definitely recommend and I'm sure we will stay again.
