The Wolds Camping and Caravan Site is a members only base for walkers keen to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds. With its country setting, it's ideal for walking holidays and trips to the Lincolnshire Coast, too - just 30 minutes away.

About the site

The site has good access to the A158 road, heading direct to the coast. Its five grass pitches all include electric hook-ups.

Things to do on site and in the Horncastle area

Pretty walks in the Wolds take in acres of open countryside and tranquil views and there are rolling hills to test out your legs, alongside gentler stretches too. Bike routes are everywhere and include plenty of traffic free options.

For something a bit different, you can get your heart rate up with the races at Market Rasen or hear the whizz of incredible speed at Cadwell Park. Nature fans will meet all kinds of four legged friends at Ark Wildlife Park or the wild stretch of Gibraltar Point.

The Wolds has plenty of history and heritage to wrap your head around, with Tattershall Castle a hit with history buffs and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Centre a great choice for flight fans.
