Clear filters Great campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2024 We had a great camp here at the weekend.
Beautiful site with very basic facilities but exactly as we expected from the description and the price reflected this. The compost toilets were kept clean and didn't smell. Extras were provided such as soap, washing up liquid and buckets to take water back to your pitch.

Simple site well-positioned
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2024 Great little site, good location, simple facilities but ideal for simple camping. Fire pits and wood were available to purchase for the stay, and the South West Coastal Path is just outside the site (nice walk into Charlestown).

Lovely stay at Menagwins - hidden gem
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches May 2024 We stayed here for one night only on route to another destination.
The campsite is basic so if you are looking for shower blocks and flushing toilets, then this isn't for you. However, the field has absolutely stunning views.
The facilities are clean and the water is fresh and from the local spring. You are able to have a fire, there is space for kids to run around and the camping is exactly what it needs to be (if you are self-sufficient) at a very reasonable price.
We walked along the river to the Polgooth Inn (about 30 min walk) and the food /service was excellent, highly recommended. We would definitely book again.
Wonderful place to get away from it all
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches May 2024 Fab little campsite. Basic but clean compost toilets and cold water showers. Perfect to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Gorgeous views, helpful owner. Short walk to the coastal path and Pentewan Valley Trail on the doorstep. We'll definitely be back soon.

Great stay
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Aug 2023 Meganwins Farm was like a campsite from back in the day; wholesome, simple camping for a great price.
The location is excellent with beaches super close by and lots of local conveniences down the road, yet it's tucked up a quiet little track and feels like you're in the middle of nowhere.
The facilities are basic but are cleaned every day. The outdoor showers are cold water only which is fine, however the weather was was a bit too cold for me to use them. On a warm sunny day it would have been glorious.

All in all, a great wild camping experience.
Great campsite for a weekend away
