Perfect!

Campsite was absolutely perfect. Spent two nights here this weekend and the hosts were lovely and so welcoming. The site facilities were spot on and the location was great

Single overnight, with a new tent

Large, simple open-field camping for individuals, families and groups. I visited for a single night, to check out my new tent. Field is predominantly flat, with no marked pitches, so people were pitched everywhere! Easy to find some space though. Toilets were portaloos, which were clean and well stocked. (I didn't use the showers!) On the evening I was there, there was a visiting pizza truck, with lovely, fired pizzas at £10-12. Over all, very simple, but a lovely welcome from the owners on arrival. (Fire-pits and logs also available, but I didn't buy any as I was there on my own, for a single evening, but I could see lots of other people with them!)

Lovely Relaxed Campsite

This was a lovely campsite with a relaxed atmosphere in a well-kept, spacious meadow with wild flowers. We received a warm welcome and helpful advice for places to visit. The showers are excellent and all facilities good. You can also enjoy a campfire- will definitely visit again!

A lovely little site that has everything you need

I stayed here for a weekend with friends and it was a great site. the facilities are basic, but clean and have enough of what you need. I would say that as the site was half full there was enough showers and toilets, but if at full capacity a few more would be needed to keep lines down. My friend had a pizza from the pop up pizza hut and it was amazing.

Lovely but basic site

Lovely peaceful site which backs onto a vast mature forest. 20 min drive to places like Durdle Door, Swanage, Old Harry Rocks, etc, 12 mins to Corfe Castle. The facilities are basic...portloos which were clean but I dread to think how they'd get if it was rainy and muddy. The portable showers were really good with their own wooden cabins outside. Personally I'd suggest it'd be worth investing in some proper toilets near the showers etc.

Perfect for weekend trip

Perfect camp site for few days exploring the area, a 10 min drive from the coast and Corfe castle, the owners were there on arrival and during our weekend stay and were very polite and helpful. Although the facilities were portaloos and temporary showers they were cleaned every day and the showers were hot with plenty of room to change and put your belongings. Overall great value for money would stay here again.

Lovely lovely chilled place to stay

Lovely lovely chilled place to stay. The woman who runs the site is an absolute star. Great facilities. And great for cycling. Great that you pay for the individual you don't find that often. Going again.

Great time!

Arrived on the Friday, was given the pick of the field, found the facilities were brilliant and the showers were lovely and hot. Hostess was friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Great price point and will definitely be returning in the future!

Quiet and wild

that was our first ever tent stay and I'm absolutely amazed with how good it was...everything was there for such a small price. Definitely will come back if I'll be in area.

Weekend in nature

A great place to breakaway from city. Friendly and helpful host and generally everything went well. Only downside were some loud guests who couldn't contemplate and follow quiet time rule after 11pm. This would be the only area for improvement - if this were my place, I would simply kick people like that out and blacklist them :)

Lovely spot

Lovely please with great hospitality. If you like a simple camping site, go there. Just a field. You can stand wherever you want. Christina is very kind host and busy all day keeping toilets and showers ( also simple) clean. We loved it here.

Great site, great host, great amenities, great price.

Great campsite

We loved our stay at Primrose fields. The location was great with a short drive to Durdle door. The large field was great for the children to play and disappear off in a safe setting with a great little rope swing to be played on. The lady that greeted us on arrival was delightful, and all the facilities were very clean. The showers were powerful and pleasant. We hired a firepit and bought the logs etc for Friday night. We will be coming again.

Lovely site

This site is fantastic £12 a night with porta toilets that were constantly being checked for cleanliness. Showers with continuous hot water in a porta cubicles with a spacious changing area .The staff were really friendly and helpful , we felt safe and the other campers were considerate with there music and chatting We will be back

Great campsite

Lovely camp site. others plenty of space. The showers are pretty decent. and the owners are very friendly. Definitely worth a stay.

Fabulous!

What a find! Great value for money. About 30 mins from Poole, it's a large field with plenty of space to spread out. Several water points & barrels provided for BBQ/ firepit ash. 6 portaloo's in the camping field and 2 more in the entry field, plus 3 fabulous showers, all of which were cleaned daily. 100% recommend 👌

Great stay again

Had a great stay here again, fourth time now, facilities are great with good showers, the location is really good, with Durdle Door and Studland about 20 minutes away, there's also a Sainsbury's supermarket just down the road in Wareham. We ordered a firepit and logs which was really good, kids love it.

Review

Need to make people aware that aren't keen on dogs that it is a dog-friendly site.

Great weekend

A very welcoming and rustic campsite . It was exactly as described in the info. The fire pits were a nice touch.

Very friendly

Enjoyed our 1 night stay, very friendly, with plenty of choice on where to pitch and not overcrowded. The fire pit is a nice option for the evening, though you may want to bring your own kindling as this is an optional extra. The facilities are as explained on the website, all very clean and regularly checked. Thank you for a lovely stay.
