Treetops is a beautiful, huge and luxurious treehouse set high in the branches of a 250 year old oak tree in the grounds of a hotel near Chulmleigh in Devon.

About the site

Set in the North Devon Biosphere reserve, Treetops treehouse is a beautifully furnished haven for your holiday. Upstairs, there's a gorgeous bedroom with kingsize bed, and a second room for the children, complete with bunk beds, while downstairs adds a living room and fully equipped kitchen. A snug cubby hole on the deck overlooking the lake is a lovely spot to unwind in, with bean bags to sink into. Within the treehouse enclosure is your own private deck area, and BBQ space. The bathroom has a shower and superb copper bathtub (making the treehouse the perfect romantic getaway for two) and the wood burner is sure to keep you cosy and warm, no matter the time of year. What's more, some of the furniture uses oak from the tree itself.
