VW-Type Campervan - Premium Hardstanding and Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Amazing site. As the name suggests it is right on the bank of a river bend. Brilliant location, pub yards away with coffee and ice cream stall and selling decent food. I recommend the steak and ale pie.
Super clean, really well maintained site with the best toilet& shower facilities I have come across. Staff were so nice. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning.soon as due to onward travel we were restricted to just the 1 night but wanted to stay longer.

Hidden gem
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Premium Hardstanding and Grass Pitches Aug 2026 What a lovely hidden gem of a campsite.
We have travelled the main road just outside of this site for nearly forty years going to and from the Welsh coast. Never did we imagine that this little gem was there. We were looking for something quiet for a few nights away with our dogs, Tilly and Toby, and Riverbend was perfect. The dogs loved the walk down to the river. Toby was not too sure about the bridge but soon got over that.
Great layout wonderful, clean and well looked after toilet and shower block. I am finding it difficult to find any negatives with this site. It was perfect for our relaxing three night stay with two very spoilt fur babies.

Motorhome - Premium Hardstanding and Grass Pitches Aug 2026 No fuss or hassle straight in onto pitch as instructions over phone prior to arrival.The best showers of any site we’ve visited.Beautiful site mainly seasonal pitches but mid week stay most were unoccupied on our visit just a couple more motor homes.
Well done to the staff made our 7 night Wales trip one to remember as you never know when prebooking in advance somewhere you have never been
Will definitely stay again if out that way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an excellent site
Roof Tent - Premium Hardstanding and Grass Pitches Jun 2026 Booked the campsite for an overnight stay for myself, wife, son, partner and 3 year old.
Easy booking in system and the pitches were excellent with loads of room, running water, electricity and loads of room. Just off the running river and loads of room to walk the dog, with loads of poo bins.
Host was really friendly and all facilities were outstandingly clean and looked almost new. Will definitely be making future visits to the site.

Would definitely recommend this site for a quiet restful break. Pub just up the road serving good food, made to feel very welcome.
Will definitely be coming back.
