Perfect for a mini-break

Camping pods were clean and well fitted with a mini fridge and power points. Recommend bringing a fitted double sheet for the bed, the futon has a cover already. This was perfect for camping with kids as we still got to cook out and feel a bit adventurous - without having to grapple with a tent or bring a van load of supplies. Toilets etc were clean and the site well maintained. Small but decent play area and you can buy ice cream from reception. Great location to explore the beautiful town of Buxton and surrounding countryside. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Amazing campsite

We had the best weekend here ! The views are incredible, staff are so lovely, very safe and secure site, other people on the site were very friendly, we cannot wait to return! Thanks for an amazing long weekend ! We will be back !

Super site

Superb campsite! Lovely setting, friendly staff, great facilities and very high standard of cleanliness! Totally recommend this site. Plus, short walk into Buxton!

Lovely stay

Cannot fault this campsite. Some of the best facilities we have come across when camping. Great large field for non electric hook up; they come and check you are ok on the evening on a drive by which made us feel really safe. Really easy to navigate -5 mins walk to local pub which is great absolutely 10/10 we can’t wait to stay again

Wonderful peaceful campsite

We really enjoyed our stay at Lime Tree. The staff were lovely, and facilities were spotless. It was well situated, close to Buxton where we enjoyed a couple of meals and drinks. Overall we would highly recommend this holiday park and will be back!

Not great for tents

The camp field is on a slope and close to a busy road. A noisy site.

Fabulous site. The staff were amazing, Tina was so accommodating. Brilliant pub in walking distance and the best showers we have had while camping!

The cleanest place ever and peaceful

Omg. We go to holidays very often but this please was perfectly clean like 20/10. It was very peaceful and nice location 15 mins drive from popular hiking routes. We always go for pots and I truly recommend this place. It was a decent size pot with 1 double bed and foldable sofa. Small fridge was also available. And it is DOG FRIENDLY;)

What a beautiful place!

We stayed at the site last week with our three children (aged 7, 9 &12) and we had such a wonderful time. The site is in a beautiful location, it's clean and well maintained. The kids loved playing pool in the games room and had many trips to the play area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we were even shown to our pitch which was a nice touch.

Clean and friendly camp site

Caters for all types of camping, everything is well kept. Really clean shower/toilet block, plus spotless washing up sinks. We stayed 3 nights, very quiet. Its a short walk to Buxton town. Nice friendly team at reception, and theres a games room!
