Enjoy traditional family fun at Leadstone Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren, a dog friendly site that's great for exploring South Devon. There are electric grass pitches for all units, but note some are on a slight slope, so it is advised to bring chocks. There are often visiting food trucks, and the onsite play park is sure to keep little ones entertained! Dawlish Warren's Blue Flag beach is just a ten minute walk away, along with pubs and shops.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches (Badger Field)Apr 2025

Fantastic site and our second time of staying. Clean showers which cost 20p but of a good standard. 15 min walk to beach. Very helpful staff and would stay again when visiting Dawlish Warren.
