May bank holiday
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Apr 2023 Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Site is very uneven and unfortunately due to recent weather were unable to cut the grass, but at least we were still able to stay. Lovely area for visiting local villages, but nothing really within walking distance.
Nice shower with hot running water and good overnight facilities at a great price.

Comfortable site with great pub
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 Site nicely maintained, facilities clean, quiet and the pub was lovely with great food and service.
Only deducted location pints as there are no public footpaths nearby that you don't have to walk down main roads with no pavement to access, which is a shame because otherwise great.

Simple campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2023 We stayed here for 3 nights in our caravan over a bank holiday weekend. The site itself is in a great location, on the corner of junction, behind the pub. A field behind which offers electric hookups and camping field. Quite sloped in parts, and grass quite long!
The shower and toilet is near the pub garden, we didn't use these. If you're wanting a basic campsite with a rural feel, this is it. Would use again but would equally try other sites too.

With the grass being long, the weather that we have had we have been only to get on and cut once. I wish I could control the weather!!

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Touring Pitches Apr 2023 I stayed for one night in my camper conversion… a great site and good to have the toilet disposal and waste water points. I ate at the pub and the food was great (and reasonably priced!). I'll definitely be back!
