Fabulous stay in Anglesey!
Glamping Pod - Ensuite Elite Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Apr 2026 Fabulous stay with my family over Easter! The site was beautiful and very clean. Our pod was so cosy and the hot tub was a great addition. The Brynteg team were really helpful and attentive with all of our queries. The location was also fab, we were 5 mins away from the beach and approx 20 mins from other attractions. Can't wait to go back!
Not great Glamping Pod - Ensuite Elite Plus Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Apr 2026 So location is not the sites fault, but I have to say I expected nice areas to walk etc, but this is not a walking holiday. To find a nice walking path you have to drive, to find anything you have to drive, literally you have no amenities close by. Walking on the tiny roads is unsafe so you will need a car to grab groceries.
Takeaway is pretty much a fish and chip shop and a Chinese. To be honest the location is the most boring place we have ever been, so we actually left after 1 night. We couldn't even manage to spend the day, the beach shops are scruffy and barely stocked, maybe as its early, but I expected so much more with it being easter weekend.
Now the site, well the pods are cute, but so close to each other there's no real privacy unless your inside the pods. The price we paid for what you get is ridiculous, I expected so much more. There is no snack machine just an old rusty machine stood beside a table full of mess with stuff that was there for the whole time we were, which given was only 24 hours, but it looked messy.
The hot tubs get nice and warm, but there is no jets so you're just sat in a hot bath outside basically and our view was a tree and another pod, so no romantic views. The ensuite smelt damp and you could see some wear, but the pods were cute.
The children's play field was not kept nice and was literally a field which joined the dog field, which I was unable to locate a dog bin in, so I had to carry the bag of poo with me. Other than the large bins I didn't see one site bin.
The only benefit to the site was the coffee machine, I would say don't take children if they are alone it's so boring, unless you're going to stay in the room for the night or go climbing I wouldn't bother especially at 150+ per night it feels way overpriced.
Summer break
Camping Pod - Ensuite Elite Plus Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Jul 2023 Very helpful and friendly owners. The campsite was a great base for days out to Beaumaris, Newborough and 10 mins in car to Benllech, the beaches are amazing.
The campsite was very peaceful. Facilities were spotless. Our pod was very cosy, perfect for a short break. The hot tub was lovely, took a bit of time to get the hang of it, but after some help from the owners, we got it sorted. Nice private decking area and barbecue outside. We didn't have the weather but would be gorgeous on warm sunny evenings.
I would definitely recommend the campsite and would love to return.
Amazing stay
Camping Pod - Ensuite Elite Glamping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Jun 2023 Pod facilities were amazing, outdoor seating area had a fantastic gas BBQ and an awesome log-burning hot tub. Didn't need the shower/toilet block but had a quick nosey, and it was absolutely massive and spotless. Wish the weather wasn't so overcast but that's no fault of the site. Everything on site was excellent. Awesome weekend.
