Fantastic stay
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 A lovely campsite and the staff were really friendly. It had great facilities and was very clean.
The views were amazing! What more could you want?

Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Mar 2024 Fantastic campsite! Excellent facilities, including a games room. Very clean facilities and the water in the showers was actually hot - unlike so many campsites we've been to in the past. Would definitely recommend this site. Perfect for walking - the dog loved it!
The roads/lanes on the approach to the site are a little narrow. Definitely avoid Stanton Lees and Birchover Lane, if you are towing or driving a large vehicle.
Staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful.
There's a couple of lovely pubs, only 5 minutes walk away too!

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Great campsite but could massively be improved by removing the patch of grass in front of each pitch as was very muddy and difficult to tow caravan away as car was slipping on mud.
Lovely site but take levellers!
Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Lovely site, showers clean, hot and spacious! Need to take levellers as the pitches are a bit wonky but to be expected in the Peak District!
Games room is fabulous but take some 50ps for the pool table and other games. Peacocks are everywhere and the children loved all the other animals the park had to offer!

Lovely views and accommodating owners Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2023 Lovely views from the campsite. Very sloped pitches so, as stated on the website, you will definitely need ramps/blocks to level up. Kids enjoyed the arcade room and playing in the woodland area.
Beautiful campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 Beautiful campsite in a beautiful location. This is our new local favourite campsite. The views are stunning and there are lots of walks directly from the site. In the village there are two pubs, but only had opportunity to try The Druid Inn, which I can fully recommend.
Lovely campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) Sep 2023 Gorgeous campsite, ideal location as there are two lovely local pubs with in walking distance from the site. Food at both was amazing value for money! The campsite itself had a shop which was ideal and great value for money, made the whole stay very enjoyable! Nice walks too from the site and beautiful views everywhere you look.
Peace and quiet
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2023 Not our first stay here, but such a marvellous location and with all the facilities you need! Be aware the (well stocked and good priced) shop doesn’t open on a Sunday, but otherwise it’s such a scenic place to rest and relax - and the local pub isn’t too far to walk either. Will be back again.
