Great holiday
Twin Axle Caravan - Large Premium Hardstanding Pitches (Main Field) Aug 2026 Great holiday. Great facilities. You need to bring a golf bag or trolley to play the main course. Swimming pool ok. Nice touch for staff to escort you to your pitch.
Disappointing experience for families with disabilities Single Axle Caravan - Large Premium Hardstanding Pitches (Main Field) Jul 2026 When we first drove up, we were really excited. The site looked amazing and the reception team were super helpful. The Hayloft was also a nice spot with delicious food.
However, a few days into our stay, it became clear that the staff didn't really care about guest experience. In particular, they were not accommodating of our children's disabilities and applied one set of rules at the park for our children and a completely different set for everyone else.
This made us feel on edge and very unwelcome. In the end, we actually paid extra at our next campsite just so we could leave Plassey a day early.

Not impressed with the food or service at The Old Barn. Size of pitches good.
Wonderful Stay

Really well kept site, staff work hard to keep the site looking lovely and clean.
For a caravan site, it has great facilities, restaurants, shops, pool, arcades, sports, fishing. Pitches are large and provided electric, TV and water.
If I was to give any negatives, it would be the pool gets full, so it would be a better idea to have slots that customers could book. And Wi-Fi was poor on our pitch. Other than that, it's 5 stars from us.

Great family park
VW-Type Campervan - Large Premium Hardstanding Pitches (Main Field) Jul 2026 Stayed with grandkids aged 5 and 9 and didn't have to move off site as there was plenty to do.
Swimming pool is the jewel in the crown, it was never too crowded and was a pleasant environment to idle away a few hours. Games room was good and nice little ice cream shop too. Playground was well designed and maintained. Coffee shop had beautiful views from the field and was really lovely.
The toilet facilities weren't great, quite dated designs and could be improved, such as having cubicles for sinks, whereas you were washing and teeth brushing where people were walking in to use the toilet. But a small issue compared to the positives.
Recommend taking most of your own food if you don't want to move off the site as the little shop has very limited stock. But of course, there are a couple of places to eat as well if this is preferred.
Lovely place
Medium Tent - Large Premium Hardstanding Pitches (Main Field) Jun 2026 Really enjoyed our stay! Loved that you didn't have to book to go swimming, we were placed really close to all the amenities, toilets, club house, park, shops.
Only downside to that is as we were close to the clubhouse, we could hear music and singing into the late hours of the evening. All pitches had their own electric and water.
Restaurant on site, the old barn, some really nice food would recommend visiting during your stay.

Toilets could be bit modernised but very clean so no complaints! Everything just great!

Great short break
Motorhome - Large Hardstanding Pitches (Spring Meadow) Apr 2026 Very pleasant stay with our granddaughters, they enjoyed the facilities as did we, the swimming pool was a big hit. The only fault was possibly the number of showers for the size of the site and the number of people on site.

Excellent site
Motorhome - Premium Hardstanding Pitches (Main Field) Feb 2026 Took the grandkids for 2 nights.
A great site with everything needed to keep them busy. Only small issue was the choice for evening meal as the club house stops serving at 4pm, so just leaves the restaurant which can be pricey for 4 meals for both nights, as still a bit wet to cook outside ourselves.

The site is spotless, it's that way due to loads of hardworking staff who literally don't stop. I could gush about this site for a very long time. The facilities are absolutely amazing 👏

Fantastic family site
VW-Type Campervan - Large Hardstanding Pitches (Spring Meadow) Sep 2025 A lovely family site with lots of choice for activities: with a heated swimming pool, games room, badminton, table tennis, and play park for the kids.
Also there's a retail village, a cafe and a clubhouse bar/ restaurant for eating out and shopping. Fantastic variety for everyone! Staff were always cheerful and friendly, and very helpful.
The only slight niggles. If I had to be picky, I thought it was a shame the shower block didn't contain a couple of sinks too. To use sinks, you had to go over to the toilet block next to the shop. The toilet cubicles themselves weren't well lit as the lights are only over the sink area. Like I said, very slight niggles.
We were very happy with the site and will be back.

VW-Type Campervan - XL Deluxe Hardstanding Pitches (Fairway View) Aug 2025 Just spent our 45 years anniversary at The Plassey and have to say I was very impressed it was excellent, from the minute we arrived at reception they were so friendly and helpful. We were then shown to our site by another very friendly employee. This then carried right through to every department, and the Haymarket club was very warm and welcoming. They had a fabulous singer on the Saturday night so really enjoyed it.
The showers and toilets were immaculate, there was always someone cleaning, and round the site as well.
All in all a great 3 night stay.

A few issues with the electric barrier had problems getting in and out but staff available to help. Apart from that, I would recommend this beautiful site with lovely and helpful staff. Thank you all lovely stay.

Open space for kids to play and great pitch on the fairway. 3 areas per pitch, hard stand for caravan, gravel and grass area. Club house is good too, plus they have a new pub but we didn't get chance to try it out.

I have given it 5 stars but if you aren't a fan of hard pitches then consider it a 4. If you've never camped on a hard pitch then I can't recommend enough that you get screw pegs and bring a drill because getting hard ground pegs in and later, out in 31c temp was a killer. I also broke a hammer and 3 pegs!
Aside from that, my only complaint is that the pitch we had had absolutely no escape from the sun. Had we known, we could have brought something so just would have been good to expect it, though probably a noob mistake on our part.

Enjoyed everything at the park in the day and night.

Aiming at being a Premium park but needs to upgrade its Wi-Fi! Where nowadays do you get Wi-Fi given 'coupons' with user id and password, one for each device for only 1mb of data? You have to pay for more and what makes it worse is that the signal is constantly dropping, so is it's pretty much unusable! So frustrating and antiquated when cheaper, more isolated parks do great Wi-Fi for free. Plassey, you need to sort this out!
