About the site
Nestled on the banks of the River Severn, this dog friendly site is a peaceful spot for tourers and glampers set on a working farm. Enjoy your morning brew looking out at the river and spotting the visiting wildlife, or head on a countryside stroll to explore more of the Gloucester countryside. On offer are three fully serviced hardstanding pitches, each with a 16 amp electric hook up. These measure a spacious 7m x 6.5m, allowing you plenty of space to set up your table and chairs for a great view across the River Severn and the surrounding farmland. For those who prefer glamping, there are two cosy glamping pods set slightly closer to the river banks that enjoy uninterrupted views of the water. Both have ensuites, USB charging, TV and seating. There is a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and kettle. Bramley Pod sleeps up to two people with a small double bed, and the Newton Pod also has a sofa bed and sleeps two adults and one child up to ten years old. Outside, you'll find a picnic bench for enjoying your meals alfresco as you watch the visiting birds and wildlife. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the motorway, you're in a handy spot to explore whilst still being amidst glorious countryside. You'll be just a ten minute walk from two lovely country pubs, one as you turn left out of the site and one as you turn right! The site is dog friendly, so no need to leave your four-legged friend behind! BBQs and campfires are welcome as long as they are raised off the ground. The site also asks that you do not touch or feed any of the neighbouring farm animals. This site is a member of the Freedom Camping Club.
Baldwin's Brook is open all year round in 2025 and 2026. Pitches from £28/night for 2 people.
