There's also a beer garden to enjoy on sunny days. For tent campers, there are large grass pitches. Roof tents, campervans, caravans and motorhomes can pitch up on 6m x 10m hardstanding pitches. All include a 16 amp electric hook up, and allow a maximum of six people. The site is just a short ten minute drive from the charming harbour town of Amble, the sandy stretches of Druridge Bay, and the beautiful Northumberland coast. Whether you're after seaside strolls, castle visits, or peaceful evenings, everything is close by. It's also just a five-minute walk from Acklington train station, with the railway line running behind the site, making it easy to explore without a car. Please note that there may be some noise from the railway line onsite. Up to four dogs are welcome per pitch, so your furry friends can join in on the adventure too. There are plenty of nearby walking routes where they can stretch their legs and enjoy the fresh air. Open fires and barbecues are not permitted on site to keep everyone safe and protect the environment.
