About the site
This coastal site with sea views is ideal for families looking to explore the Solway Coast and its many beaches. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, where you can go crabbing when the tide is low, and lots of walks over the cliff tops via the Jubilee Path to Kippford Village (10 minute drive) and beyond. The site offers five grass 8m x 6m pitches with 16 amp electric hook ups suitable for tents and roof tents only. There are 25 grass 8m x 6m pitches with 16 amp electric hook ups suitable for tents, trailer tents and campervans. There are 20 hardstanding 8m x 6m pitches for caravans, campervans and motorhomes with a grass area and 16 amp electric hook ups. A great location for avid mountain bikers with two 7Stanes routes nearby. 7Stanes: Dalbeattie, just ten minutes away, and 7Stanes: Mabie Forest, 30 minutes away. After a day of being in the elements, you can safely store your bike at the onsite bike storage and let your gear dry off in the drying room. Keep the kids entertained onsite with the play area including swings, an agility square, a football pitch and an indoor table tennis table. Dogs are welcome to join you during your stay. BBQs are allowed. Campfires are not permitted onsite.
