About the site
Field Farm Fisheries and campsite has a lot to offer whether it's a quiet break away or quality time with the kids with lots to do in the area there is something for everyone. The site is just off the A12 Ipswich to Lowestoft road. It is surrounded by farm land, with some lovely walks and plenty of wildlife, and enjoys easy access. The campsite is small and friendly, with large pitches. Only six of the electric pitches are used at any time so as to rotate the pitches and keep the grass looking good - and there are a lot of non electric pitches too. Some parts of the site are quite sheltered. Tents, trailer tents, touring caravans, campervans and motorhomes are all welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult around the ponds, while dogs are also welcome but must be kept on a lead. There is a large field set aside for dogs to have a run. A pod sleeping two offers a relaxed and hassle free getaway with a bedframe supplied (bring all your bedding and camping gear with you), plus solar power. Outside, there's a fire pit for that proper camping experience. A small log cabin is also available which sleeps up to four people and is a great option for cyclists, walkers and families looking for a spot to unwind without the hassle of setting up a tent. There are lockable French doors, two double glazed windows and plenty of space inside for you to set up your beds. There is electric and lighting, plus a table and chairs outside. You will need to bring your usual camping equipment, including beds and sleeping bags. Fire pits and barbecues must be raised off the floor and can't be used in extremely hot weather conditions or very dry periods. Gas barbecues will be fine to use as long as they are kept well away from the floor and supervised at all times. If in doubt please check with the site. The site is well located as an alternative camping option for Latitude Festival - just a few miles down the A12 from the Henham Park venue.
Field Farm Fisheries is open from 15/03 to 14/10 in 2025 and from 15/03 to 09/10 in 2026. Pitches from £19/night for 2 people.
