About the site
Within ten minutes of the M69 and M6, this site is perfectly placed for a stopover or as a base to explore the Midlands. Spend a relaxing day fishing in one of the large onsite coarse fishing lakes (small extra charge), or head out to discover nearby towns and cities. The camping field offers both non electric and 16 amp electric grass pitches. Tents, roof tents, trailer tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans are all welcome, with up to ten guests allowed per pitch. For glamping, there are three charming rustic shepherd's huts. Each includes a double bed, bedding, linen, electric, heating and a kettle. The three person huts offer seating that converts to a single bed, whilst the four person hut has seating that turns into a double bed. The accessible hut includes a ramped entrance and wide doorways (over 75cm). Dogs are welcome to join you on all of the pitches, but the huts are pet free. Raised fire pits and BBQs are permitted, great for toasting marshmallows or cooking up a delicious BBQ. But if you want to leave the apron at home, there is a handy cafe offering light bites and snacks.

Yes, you're welcome to fish in the lakes for an additional fee. At Kestrel Lake there are 60 pegs, three islands and fish up to 20lb in size and Mallard Lake has two islands, mirror and common carp up to 25lb.
