About the site
Situated on a 40 acre working farm, this spacious, family-friendly site is a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight, with Ryde just a five-minute drive away. Beach days can be spent along the stunning coast, with Ryde Beach (5 minutes), Appley Beach (10 minutes) and Bembridge Beach (15 minutes) all within easy reach. Onsite, there are 40 unmarked non electric grass pitches measuring, suitable for tents, roof tents, trailer tents, caravans, campervans, motorhomes and RVs. There are also 7m x 7m electric grass pitches with a 16 amp electric hook up, a chemical disposal point and a water hook up. These are also suitable for tents, roof tents, trailer tents, caravans, campervans, and motorhomes. Campers are welcome to relax in the ranch-style communal area, offering both shelter and shade. If you fancy upgrading to a little more comfort, there are two camping pods measuring 2.5m x 3m with electricity and an open space to sleep four. Just bring all your usual camping equipment, minus the tent! You will also find six fully equipped Airstream caravans. Some sleep up to three, some up to four, and a all include ensuite shower facilities, with toilets nearby. Be sure to cook up a tasty breakfast using the fresh ingredients available from the onsite farm shop, which is open 24/7. You'll also be able to spot some of the onsite animals, including lambs, chickens, pigs, and more! Staying here, you're well placed to explore some of the island's most popular attractions, including the grand Osborne House (10 minutes) and the historic Carisbrooke Castle (20 minutes). BBQs and campfires are welcome, please ensure they are raised off the ground! Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome on-site.

Guests are able to check-in from noon until 10pm, reception closes at 6pm so if you are likely to arrive after 6pm please let the site know so that they can send you further check-in information. Check out is due before 10am on your last day.

Dogs are welcome with up to two permitted per pitch free of charge. Please ensure that your dog is kept on the lead at all times and not left unattended. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.

Yes, awnings pup tents, and gazebos are permitted just please select this option when booking. Pup tents must fit within your pitch. There is an additional cost for gazebos and awnings.

There is a car park onsite and parking is permitted by your pitch.

No, sorry bedding and towels are not included in the camping pods, the airstream caravans do provide bedding.
