Very good site - bit disappointing that you need a pound coin to use the showers though. Other than, that it was very very good. Clean, spacious and relaxing.
Great site and can be windy!

Great simple campsite. Clean toilets. More showers would always be welcome. Great café and food, coffees etc. You would not need to take and cook any food if you fancied a stress free stay. Great shop, lovely staff. Really close to a great pub and walks. My only suggestion would be to put mirrors on the trees opposite the site exit. Cars come around that bend quickly, maybe let them know here is an exit coming up.
One night stay in the Peak District

We had a fabulous stay here. The views are wonderful, access to hikes easy, staff so very friendly and you have a great shop, café and bar right on site.

I had a very pleasant stay here whilst backpacking along the Limestone Way. Shop staff were lovely. Be advised, the showers need pound coins to get them to work and there wasn't any hot water left when I went for a shower in the evening.
Lovely campsite

Location and views were great. Pub was nice. I felt that there were not enough toilets and showers and that one pound for a shower is too much. Have to wash pots on your knees and the site is too steep.
Good site

Good campsite - event better with the on-site café & bar. This helped as with the bad weather, we had an indoor breakfast cooked for us as well as an evening meal.

Wonderful stay - such beautiful views, quiet, easy and relaxed. Toilets and showers so clean. Didn't use the café but looked fab and great to have a shop on site. Lovely walks and wild swimming in the river below. Will definitely be back.

Lovely views. Toilets were clean, showers had good water pressure. Campsite also has a farm shop/restaurant - breakfast was amazing and portions were generous. Location is a short drive to popular locations like Mam Tor.
Out of the way, but quiet and friendly place to stay

Beltonville is a good place to stay. The women's facilities were great and clean and spacious. Not many showers (and they are unisex) so sometimes there was a waiting time. The cafe is great and the staff are very friendly. WiFi in the cafe only with places to charge devices. Campsite is a little hard to get into and out of due to driveway conditions and being on a curve (could use a mirror to see traffic when exiting). The showers were great. Could get really crowded in peak time. No laundry facilities, which would make the rating higher. If you are not hiking, then the campsite is a little out of the way to get to other destinations.

Fabulous site. Beautiful views from our pitch. Facilities very clean. The on-site café and farm shop are a great addition. 10 minute walk to the Anglers Rest. What's not to like?
Great site!

Great stay in a great location. A bustling site where you can choose your pitch. The showers were amazing. We parked on the high field, which was quite a walk if you needed a visit to the facilities at 2am! Great view over part of the Monsal trail too. Really enjoyed our stay Watch it when you pull out to leave the site though, the exit is on a blind corner so you have to quick and brave!
Fab campsite

A great campsite! We stayed to do Mam Tor 14k hike and it was a perfect location. 20 mins from Mam Tor and Castleton. The campsite actually has an amazing view. The showers are really hot and powerful and both the showers and the toilets are so clean. Real toilets also not portaloos. Did not have to queue for bathrooms. About a 10 min queue for showers. Campsite has a nice vegan breakfast with oat milk and very reasonably priced. Very friendly and easy going. Mix of families and young people and lots of nice fires. Not noisy at night at all. Lots of fresh water refill stations. Overall a great campsite, would really recommend.

Good location and nice site, fairly clean. Only annoying thing was that people were loud until very late, someone should enforce the rule about being quiet after a certain time.
Better than expected

Very happy with my weekend stay here. The campsite and facilities were very good and the family who run it were welcoming, helpful and polite. Lovely hot water, showers, toilets, washing up area. On site farm shop and café were nice and it looks like there will be an on site bar soon too! Highly recommend this site with beautiful views too.

Great camp park with a little farm shop, you can get some of your equipment for camping, BBQ and cleaning there. The shower is nice and warm, and clean, so are the toilets. There is space to wash the dishes. BBQ and bonfires are allowed, but make sure you don't use disposables as it could burn the grass. Overall a great place to camp, and lots of amenities.
What a wonderful experience

What an adorable campsite with clean facilities, a super restaurant and a farm shop. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Fabulous views across the dales. Great location for getting around. Ideal location between Buxton and Bakewell. Very good value. Somewhere I would highly recommend. Loved the goats and baby lambs.
