Y3P walking group

A group of 20+ of us were staying to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge. Now had we told the owner we were a group then maybe we wouldn't have been told off as much for being loud 🤣🤣🤣. There were a few words said but on reflection the owner had a point but could have handled it better (and did come and apologise to us afterwards). So if you're going in a group that likes a few beers and a natter just let him know and he will accommodate you. The staff were very friendly and had good banter. The showers were nice and hot although cost 50p but you get a good 10 mins and after the 27 mile walk it was needed. I would stay here again either with family or a group however I would inform them if I was staying in a group so we could be put a distance away from other guests.

Fabulous site!

We couldn't believe our luck when we arrived. We were turned up mid-week and out of school holidays. The place was blissfully peaceful, besides the birdsong and distant sound of farm animals. The pitch was a generous size and our request to neighbour our son was accommodated. The place was spotless and Gary worked like a trooper to keep it that way. Free fire pits were really useful. There was a nightly delivery if we needed to buy more logs. As we stayed a full week, laundry facilities would have been useful, but the lack of that certainly didn't spoil our stay. Definitely one to come back to.

Orcaber Farm

Lovely place. Very clean and set in a beautiful location. Apparently the wifi is a bit slow or unavailable..

Fab place

Great campsite. Really nice touch coming round with fire pits for your stay and wood available everyday. Very clean showers and toilet block. Showers are 50p a go, but well worth it for up to 10 mins of hot water. Friendly staff, great location and walking distance to local pub, which is popular so book if you want to eat there.

Great site!

We really enjoyed our stay at Orcaber Farm. Warm reception, good facilities and very large pitches, in which you could orientate your caravan to suit yourself. We will definitely be returning!

Our night away

Beautiful campsite, greeted very nicely by the host who explained about all the facilities (which were top quality). Would definitely go back!

Lovely campsite

Really lovely campsite with good clean facilities. Very friendly and welcoming lady in reception. Easy check-in. The only niggle is that the noise curfew is perhaps too late. The party tent in the next field were a nuisance, but disrespectful guests aren't the campsite's fault!
