Basic but all you needed
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2023 Peaceful location. Pitches were flat, a good size and in good condition.
Electric hook up worked perfectly. Plenty of open space in the centre of the field. Plenty of hot water, and enough showers and toilets as low season.
In the shower shack, a couple of the showers were out of action and there was a leak in one of them. The men's toilets were a bit unclean at times but that is down to individuals more than anything.
No light in the washing up area, so difficult to wash up after dark, but again, hot water for the 3 sinks.

Enjoyed the pizza fest, which was put on by the owners and the local pizzeria. We enjoyed our stay.
Would return for sure.
Lovely, quiet site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2023 Lovely site, plenty of pitch room and field space for play. Toilets, shower blocks always clean and plenty of choice. Friendly staff and helpful with a little farm shop.
Our first time with a motorhome and using electric hook up, a great experience. Close by to places we wanted to visit.
Clean, friendly and in a great location
Camping Pod - Oak Camping Pod (Dog Friendly) Jul 2023 Super friendly staff and lots of space for the kids to stay. Facilities in the pod were great with the fridge, cutlery etc. Clean showers and toilets. Good little shop in site and very close to a lovely village.
Great campsite
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Amazing gem of a site. Nice clean facilities, Suzanne was lovely and gave great advice on local attractions for what we could do with our 3 year old.
We will definitely be coming again.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Fantastic site, fabulous staff that couldn't have done enough for us. Even got us sorted with train times and places to Liverpool.
Well kept site and nice food shop, will definitely stay here again.
Simple, large field with basic facilities
Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Just wanted a simple site no more than an hour from home. Picked up fish and chips from Tattenhall on the way in and were on site 10 minutes later. Not fully geared up for motorhomes but more than good enough for a weekend away.
Large field with plenty of room and good hot showers.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2023 Lovely spacious site, central for lots of trips. Fantastic service and very friendly owners. I felt very comfortable camping there alone.
