Great location lovely people

Great location with easy access to south coast path a bus stop just outside the site and a station to help you reach towns along the coast or trek inland to Exeter and Dartmoor. We took the ferry across to Exmouth and had a great time exploring the area.

Perfect

We were only there for one night, but we will be back love how it is separated into different zones, the showers are the best 20p value, also on site small shop, washing up stations, washing machines and dryers. Even a little coffee and food place.

Great site

This is a gem of a site. Good location, reasonably priced and spotlessly clean. On arrival you get a great welcome and regularly see the staff around cleaning to keep the site and facilities spotless. I would recommend the site to all categories as there is a bus stop right outside for those who are less mobile. We will return.

Fab for families!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my 5yo son. It was lovely for both of us - he could roam feral with all the other kids and I didn't feel like I needed to worry if I couldn't see him. I could relax in the peace and catch up on some reading in the quiet. Facilities were good, staff were pleasant. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

A fantastic stay - highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Leadstone Holiday Park in Exmouth last month. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high standard of the facilities — everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The on-site shop was a real gem, stocked with everything we needed and more, and the food provision available was excellent — convenient, well-supplied, and perfect for families. The location is ideal too: just a 15-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive to the beach, which was beautifully dog-friendly and a highlight of our trip. The park itself is welcoming, well-maintained, and clearly designed with guests' comfort in mind. We felt right at home and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning — Leadstone Holiday Park is now firmly on our list of favourite holiday spots!

We had a great stay

The pitches are a great size. The facilities are well maintained and were always being cleaned - I worried at first whether there were enough, but the site was full and I never had to wait once for either a shower or a toilet. The catering vans on site were a massive plus and such good value! We're booking again for next year.

Laid back camping

Great site for families and children can have fun and explore. All areas were clean. Lots of space.

Great location to explore Devon

Good size pitches, very clean facilities. Can hear the wild birds in the evenings.

Lovely stay

Lovely welcome by staff who guided us to the pitch, and let us know about the pop up pizza that evening as well as the local area. The showers and toilet areas were always clean, and I don't think I went it once when it wasn't being cleaned - around 4 times. Lovely service and local area - nice and quiet family campsite

Busy but well maintained site

Lovely site with helpful staff, a little too busy for us during the school holidays but a good stay. Lots of easy days out from the site by train.

Great stay

We had a great stay here. A lovely site that has thought of everything you would need. Lovely staff. Very clean showers and toilets. We will definitely use this site again if we are down in Dawlish without question.

Brilliant stay

Brilliant little find in dawlish warren. Very clean facilities. They have laundry room with irons if needed. Amanda's food vans brilliant. Walk to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic site

This was our 1st visit and will definitely be back. Great site lovely people, loads of space. Location was great as well, the bus stopped right outside the site and it's a 10min walk to the train station at Dawlish Warren. Good food pub close to hand and breakfast hut on site which did great breakfast baps.

Friendly and welcoming

When we arrived the lady was so friendly and welcoming, she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. She straight away changed our pitch to one closer to all the facilities. We would like to say a great big thank you for being so thoughtful. We really appreciated it.

Convenient, clean and very tidy campsite

We only stayed one night. The site appeared very clean and tidy. Shower block warm and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The campsite close to family fun activities. This campsite was helpfully located for us as a stopping off point.

Fantastic campsite

Such a lovely campsite, very clean! Staff went above and beyond! Unfortunately, our camper broke down at the entrance of the site and had to wait for AA. Staff were amazing and helped us take our awning and camping equipment back to the van using their car/buggy. Really nice site, will be visiting again!

Really clean and friendly site.

Really well kept site within walking distance of coastal pathways and cycle trails. Really clean and friendly site. The site is spotless and the owners are so helpful and cheerful. Great location for walking into Dawlish or Dawlish Warren. I would stay again, but would probably avoid school holidays as it was very busy. However, the maintenance of the facilities remained spotless. And it was still quiet after 10:30pm.

Great site

Great site, really helpful and friendly staff, amazing place to get breakfast next door (recommended by the staff). The site has a bit of a slope to it but sorted easily by ramps, toilets and showers were spotlessly clean.

Great location - nice , quiet and clean

We very much enjoyed our stay at Leadstone. The staff are very helpful the site is clean. Great pubs on the way to Dawlish warren beach. Excellent cafe / farm shop next door awesome breakfasts.

Perfectly situated and quiet

This site is perfectly situated between Dawlish Warren and Dawlish. Easy to walk to/from each. The site was quiet and we had an extra large pitch which was fantastic! Very well maintained although we cannot comment on the facilities because we didn't use them. We did make use of the dog wash! What a great idea! Loved this site for the location, walks and peacefulness. Will definitely return!

Lovely site & super hosts!

Site was superb with lovely hosts who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Bus stop at the entrance, but easily walkable to seafront, just a short hill to tackle on the way back. Beautiful site, quiet and peaceful with lovely wildlife, just a shame the local area isn't up to the same standards. Really commercialised seafront with arcades, fair rides etc. We ate at Mount Pleasant, which was average pub food.

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic break away, just what we needed as a family. Site was very clean and well presented. Kept in a very clean and tidy manner. Nice and quiet on an evening. We will be back again 🙂 Thank you for Freddie's easter egg on the egg hunt, he loved it.
