About the site
Set on 6 acres of level parkland, Orchard View is a great spot for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Friendly owners are on hand if needed and there aren't any A-roads too nearby to bother you with traffic noise. Family run, it's a great place to soak up some peace and quiet or to use as a base for days out in the beautiful Fenland area. All pitches are grassed and spacious, with optional electric available for both tents and tourers. There are also static holiday homes for hire, with space for four or six in furnished comfort.
Camping and touring open 22nd March until 31st October. Static holiday caravans are open until the end of November.

Site rules and policies
At Orchard View safety of staff and vacationers is paramount, we have certain rules in place to ensure this level of safety is maintained.
Before your visit, please ensure you have read the following. Anyone that is not following or continually flouts rules will be asked to leave.
Orchard View reserves the right to evict any customer, with no refund given, at any time.
1. Speed Limit - a 5MPH Speed Limit is in place for the entire site - driveway and grassed areas.
2. Parking - please only park in your designated spot. This will generally always be in front of your unit. Do Not Park between caravans as this is a violation of our Fire Risk Regulations.
3. Dogs are to be kept on leads at all times. Please clean up after your dog(s) and place waste in bins provided at the Dog Walk field.
4. Please keep your Children under supervision, this includes any visiting children.
5. Do not store any combustibles around your caravan/tent. This includes under the caravan.
6. Please don't erect any washing lines.
7. Any vehicle issues please speak to us, car repairs are not to be carried out on site. Please make us aware if vehicle recovery/assist is called.
8. All Caravans must be insured.
9. Please be aware not to exceed 16 amps, this will cause your supply to trip.
10. No cycling/skating or scootering around the toilet block or around other pitches.
11. Noise level - please respect your neighbours, noise should be kept to a minimum after 10.30PM
12. BBQ's in designated areas only, and not placed directly on the ground.
Water Usage - Cleaning of Vehicles with hoses/power washers is not permitted without authorization, and will be chargeable. Please ensure children do not misuse the water taps.
Please note that while we hope all residents and visitors will enjoy their time at Orchard View, we would ask all to be mindful of those around you. Children should be supervised and are not permitted to play in any of the facilities or around other people's caravans/tents/cars. Dogs should be kept on leads and under control, particularly noisy dogs that may disturb other holidaymakers.
Please do not share the Gate code with anyone, if someone asks, please point them in our direction. This includes your visitors.
