Friendly campsite Motorhome - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2025 The location was excellent with a peaceful river and a great calmness in the air.
The booking system was very thorough and directions accurate. It was quiet and away from the main road, which made for a very relaxing stay.
Whilst clean, the shower block is a little dated and we chose not to use them before we left.

A small, but excellent site
VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2025 Reraig is a small site, but has excellent facilities with pleasant and helpful staff.
The site is a good stopover point for Skye or the NC500 and is close to a small supermarket to allow you to stock up on everything you've forgotten!
Highly recommended.

Clean and friendly staff directed us on lovely local walks and great food from onsite food van.

Ian and Michelle were very welcoming and kept the site looking pristine.
An added bonus was the food van, which served vegan and vegetarian food as well as meat options.

An unexpected delight
VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2025 We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the warden, which made us feel immediately at home. Informed about local walks which we needed for our dog walks, and nearby facilities. The shower/ toilet block was adequate and always fresh & clean. Must try out the on site food vendor, very very good! All in all, a very good experience.

Motorhome - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2025 Perfect position for our visit to Eilean Donan castle and Skye.
Site is very small with small pitches, but if you have booked in advance, that is not a problem. Booking in at the tiny reception took probably less than a minute. A little takeaway hut on site, but nothing else. The toilet facilities and waste arrangements were all decent.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a particular bonus to find a vegan option available on their food truck. Vegan haggis and chickpea stew served with rice and salad. It was very nice! Toilets and shower area were spotless.

Nice, unproblematic stay
VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 We stayed for 2 nights and had an overall very enjoyable, stress-free stay which is exactly what we needed.
Check in was really easy and staff were really friendly and helpful.
We were impressed with the facilities for a small campsite. Plenty of bin space and recycling. Washing up facilities were good, other users on site kept them clean after use which was good. Female facilities were really good, lots of sinks and mirrors which was a bonus! Male facilities could have perhaps done with another shower but that's very minor.
It would have been even better with more regular cleaning of these facilities just to keep on top of it really.
Other than that, would highly recommend as a stop-off point if travelling in the area or going to Skye.
Friendly site
Motorhome - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 This site was nicely located after coming from the Isle of Skye. Just down the road was a lovely Castle to visit. There was food on site (in a little van type thing) or a couple of nice places to eat not very far. Staff were very polite and friendly.
As we only stayed one night, we have not tagged any of the boxes as we did not make the most of the facilities available. Sorry.

Motorhome - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2024 Stay in a motorhome returning from the Isle of Skye. Great, quiet campsite. We ordered dinner from the food truck and it was a delight (10 pounds per dish). Clean and pleasant sanitary facilities. I recommend.

VW-Type Campervan - Optional Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2024 Great wee campsite. Immaculate, toilets were spotless. Pity about the hotel next door, tried to get a beer twice and the bar was closed (no fault of the campsite). Bus stop outside to Tiree if interested.
