About the site

Just a 15 minute drive from Loch Lomond and set on the West Highland Way walking route, this family and dog friendly campsite is ideal for nature lovers. There are 24 smaller non electric grass pitches, measuring 3m x 3m, for small tents only (max size three person). Additionally, there are six larger non electric grass pitches which are 10m x 10m and also allow campervans as well as tents (but no motorhomes or caravans sorry). Each one allows a maximum of six people. There are a few options for those not wanting to bring their own accommodation. There are two Green Pods each with a double bed, small dining table and a picnic bench or two Kocoon camping pods with two memory foam benches which are slightly smaller than single beds. Pillows are provided but bedding is not as standard and each pod allows two people. Sleeping bags with liners, and towel sets are available to hire. Or opt for the extremely cosy LandPod, unique in design with double bunk beds, indoor dining area and outdoor seating. The LandPod sleeps a maximum of four people. Dogs are allowed on each of the camping and touring pitches, just please keep them on the lead at all times. Only assistance dogs are permitted in the pods. Campfires and fire pits are not permitted. BBQs are allowed but only if a non-disposable type and raised off the grass.
