The Barn Caravan Park is a grassy site with trees planted to add shelter, and at a peaceful medium size bookings are carefully controlled to avoid overcrowding. The site is just 7 miles from Brighton, ideally placed for summer festivities or for seeing a game at the Amex Stadium. Stop off on the South Coast to see all that Worthing, Brighton and Bognor Regis have to offer and spend your days at the beach!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location for exploring the south coast. 15 minute walk to the beach. Site so well laid out. Pitches well spaced. Facilities were excellent and kept very clean. Will return when next in the area.

Lovely little site, quiet area but only 10 min walk to the beach of Lancing high street. I stayed an extra night because I liked it so much. Joe is super friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back.

Lovely site in a really handy location. Near the beach but tucked away so although it’s right on the edge of the town and housing you wouldn’t know it. Easy communication and no problem with a slightly later arrival which was really helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we’re visiting.

Lovely site, very quiet, with large with pitches around the edge with a play area and full size football goal in the centre. A short walk to either a bus stop (Stagecoach 700 service) or the railway station gets you to Brighton. Takeaways in Lancing will deliver to the site. Site owner/manager Joe was very friendly, facilities clean with good, hot showers. Fresh water, waste bins/recycling, Elsan point and grey water disposal easily accessible, although no drive over grey waste. We would definitely book this site again if visiting the area.

Nice park with plenty of space and in a convenient location - close to town, Lancing station and beach. Nice hot showers, but toilet paper not re-stocked enough - and the lights went out while I was in the toilet one evening! Expect it would be great for families, but we stayed in term-time so it was nice and quiet.

Perfect to walk to Lancing and Worthing along the sea front. Friendly owner. The showers and toilets were cleaned daily. However, with only 2 ladies loos, I expect there's quite a queue in peak season!

Excellent campsite, the toilets were always clean and a friendly helpful host. What more could you ask for? This is a no frills affordable campsite, perfect for camping near Brighton for city/camping weekends. Perfect. Thank you, we'll come back again.

Stayed in our tent for three nights. Friendly staff, toilets and showers clean and nice hot water. Small bar was nice for a hot drink or beer etc. Would recommend.

Lovely family run site, very child friendly with a nice play area. Showers and toilets were of a good standard but very busy at times as only two showers and toilets available. Showers were clean and warm. Location wasn't great in comparison to other sites we have used before and there is limited water for washing up that did run out. We did love that there was small bar and ice creams available on site. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We would visit again for a short weekend.

Nice flat, well maintained site with café, good facilities and somewhere to freeze cooler blocks. Friendly and helpful staff and if you have kids, a great area for them to play. Only issue for campers is that the washing up area needs more sinks/draining boards. Other than that, we had a great stay.

We had a great 2 night stay here but could do with a few essentials in the shop like milk etc. It was very peaceful once the planes had stopped and a great location for the beach.

All tents and motor homes are situated on the outskirts of the field in a circle that overlooks the centre containing a small park and football goal. Short walk to facilities wherever you are pitched. Close to local amenities and short, cheap train journey to Brighton from the local train station, which is accessible by foot from the site within 15 mins (when walking with two young children!)

Great location, 10 minute walk to Lancing Station which is then 20 min train into Brighton or 20 mins in the car. The site is a great size with a comfortable amount of pitches without being too full. Wind for us on the day was relentless however we were well prepared as this had been forecast. If you're looking for somewhere for the kids to entertain themselves on the play area provided with a good location to the beach and Brighton then this is the site for you.

Good small site with all basic facilities you would need. Location was good due to it being a short walk to the train station giving you quick access to Brighton. Amenities could have done with a bit more regular cleaning and one of the washing up sinks did not have hot water. Owner was friendly and helpful.

Very nice site with a nice little café. Good location, handy for bus stops into Worthing and Brighton. Lancing town half a mile away with a few pubs and shops and a Harvester a 20 minute walk. Toilets clean, pitches nicely spaced out and the site manager was helpful.

Decided to get away from London during one of the hottest weekends in June. The train from Victoria is only about 1.5 hrs and the station is about 15 min from the campsite. Loved the size of our pitch, really spacious for us, and the facilities were great. The sea is lovely and just 10 mins away. Already planning to return with friends! :)

A lovely little site with all you need for your stay. The picnic benches were a game changer for me, so handy, reduces the amount of stuff we'll have to take with us on our next visit. 15 mins walk from beach or train station, and a great selection of shops. We also loved that the site was small enough to see the kids playing on the playground from our tent.

A lovely 3 night stay. Staff friendly. Site is clean and in a good location for local amenities and the beach (but still feels very rural). Would definitely look to use the site again.

We chose this site based on the location and close proximity to the train station and bus routes, so we could explore further afield. The beach at Lancing is very close and we also visited Shoreham-by-Sea and took the train to Brighton for a day trip. The site itself is immaculately clean and the facilities are great. Plenty of hot water in the showers and a central play area for the kids. Our boys made some lovely holiday friends and we had to drag them in when the sun went down! There's a coffee shop and ice cream available on site and we felt very welcome.

This was a lovely little site. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The facilities could have been cleaner and were a bit limited for the number of people on site, but it was a bank holiday weekend and I think things were a bit overwhelmed. The site was close to the beach and several takeaways/cafes. I would go again.

Would have given 5 stars, but a few small things let the site down. There were no signs on the entrance to the lane, even small ones, we missed it on the first time past. Joe met us on entering the site, he was pleasant but seemed a little vauge about our booking and where we should pitch. Pitches seemed to be allocated on an adhoc basis, pitches were not numbered. Small things but left us lacking a bit of confidence. Pitch sizes were good and well spaced, and fairly level for grass. We had a motorhome pitch with electric. Once on our pitch we realised Joe had not told us about where the water/elsan/grey waste were, a small thing but important before you pitch. Site was probably about 50% full but did not feel crowded. The facilities were modern & clean. The shower had good pressure but could do with being warmer, same could be said for the whole facilities block. Overnight on the first night there was heavy rain which caused problems with some pitches (many being towed off) & also the facilities flooded. Site is about 10 min walk to the pebble beach & seafront walk. Good for walking to Worthing or Shoreham. Coastliner 700 bus route runs every 12mins to both Brighton & Worthing/Littlehampton. We enjoyed the site so some comments may seem a little mean, just wanted to give objective feedback to Joe We would come back

This really is a great little find, has a café on site. I didn't use it but looked nice and used by a lot of campers. I did think it quite expensive, however, it's a busy site with spacious pitches so you're not on top of each other. 2 toilets and 2 showers so didn't have to wait for either. The site owner is a really nice guy. So helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Although I thought it was expensive, I'd still go again.

Perfect campsite. Everything you need. Quiet, good location and the toilet block was absolutely spotless! The owner was a first-class gentleman. Will definitely use it again.
