Situated just off the South Downs Way is the friendly and relaxed Stud Farm campsite. Offering back-to-basics camping that caters for tents and small campervans only, kick back and relax on your pitch. It's a handy walk from the beach (20-30 mins) with a peaceful vibe, only 30 minutes in the car from central Brighton with its Royal Pavillion and fab shops. Campfires welcome.

This is a lovely spot and the reception was very friendly. The toilets were spotless. However, we were disappointed not to find the Farm shop open and available. Apparently it needs 48 hours notice.

Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed the site. Sorry you were disappointed that there was no shop. I did double check the website and it does state that this is the case. We do also send pre-arrival details for food orders which give warning of the 48 hours notice. We hope you can make it back and have the chance to try some of the lovely home produce we offer :-)

We really enjoyed our stay at Stud Farm, it had everything we needed: wonderful views, good facilities, peace and quiet and a great location. Couldn't fault the site, but was very windy so make sure you pack your pegs! Very happy customers, would definitely stay again.

Thanks so much for your review. Yes, it can get pretty windy up here, it is a bit more sheltered down by the trees, but that means having to forgo the sea views! We hope you make it back again :-)

A beautiful spot, restful, natural and understated. The location was superb with loads of space for dog walking, but don't forget everything you need, as it's a long way from anywhere to get stuff. Perfect, thoroughly recommend it.

Thanks for your positive review, we are glad you found us. There is definitely a feeling of remoteness on the top of the hill. Thankfully there is a shop in walking distance for emergency food supplies at least!

Does what it says on the tin - great, back to basics camping and lovely sea view from the top of campsite - just prepare for wind as it the hill gets a lot!

Great campsite! Lovely views, friendly owners, clean facilities and very relaxing. Showers were a bit hit or miss with temperature and pressure, but worth it for how brilliant everything else was. Had an absolutely great time!
