Pitches are fully serviced and suited to caravans and motorhomes, in easy reach of the modern facilities block and a range of pubs under two miles away.

About the site

This touring site enjoys incredible views looking over the Clwydian mountain range from a tranquil countryside location. The coast at Talacre is 20 minutes away, but there's plenty nearby to explore and a number of pubs nearby serving a range of good grub. The site was established with guest comfort in mind, and all pitches here are fully serviced with 16-Amp electric, plus water hook-up and waste point. Suitable for caravans and motorhomes, all pitches are in easy reach of the luxury facilities block here too. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Facilities include a modern and well maintained toilet/shower block with laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, a disabled wet room (also available as a private family shower room if booked ahead), and central heating with towel rails in each room. There is also a dedicated grass area for games.

There are a number of pubs nearby, with the nearest being the Druid Inn approximately a mile away.

Things to do on site and in the Holywell area

Hit the road and head to the coast at Talacre, with Barkby beach just a 20 minute drive away as well as the Hilbre Islands - home to an abundance of birdlife. Further afield, Rhyl is half an hour from the site or take a trip to Llandudno (40 minutes).

Holywell nearby has plenty to see too - admire the St Winefride's Well Shrine or pack a picnic and explore the Greenfield Valley Heritage Park.

The A55 can be reached in 5 minutes by car, providing easy links to the abundance of beaches, castles. mountains and more in the area.
