Lovely site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2025 The site was set in beautiful surroundings, the bonus of the horses in the field was lovely.
Facilities were great, toilet blocks were large and had everything you needed. Clean and peaceful until work hours, when the main road became very busy and noisy. Phone call received with all instructions before arrival. Person-less check in with key coded gate.
First outing in our new motorhome
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jan 2025 First outing in our new motorhome - very impressed with the site.
We are not seasoned campers so cannot compare this site to others. However, my wife and I were very impressed with the site. The pitches were level and gravelled, the whole site was very clean and well maintained. The toilet / shower block was immaculate with individual rooms housing a toilet, shower and sink unit. Very private indeed.
Robin (the owner) called us prior to visiting and let us know which pitch to use, we met him on site and he was friendly and gave us all the information that we required. There were full facilities for chemical toilets and other disposal requirements. Located a short walk to the town of Ellesmere, we enjoyed a fantastic 3 day break with our pet dog.
I would recommend this site to anyone.
Excellent campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jan 2025 This is a top site , it is very peaceful and a short walk from Ellesmere. The toilet block was like new and very clean .

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jan 2025 Lovely clean site. Facilities were very clean and warm (it was -2 when we stayed) easy walking distance to the town. Lovely friendly host.
