A real working farm, Incledon Farm is a rural retreat situated on the edge of the village of Georgeham in North Devon. It's ideal for families who want to get back to nature and enjoy the animals, as well as couples who want to enjoy the tranquillity. Surf fans will love the miles of unspoilt beaches and great waves in Blue Flag waters.

Very impressed with this site. Large open fields, plenty of space for group camping and solos/couple wanting more privacy. Whilst appearing basic, the showers and toilets had constant hot water, and were clean and adequate. The main field has gentle slopes that need to be considered if sleeping on the ground, but vans and caravans with levellers will cope easily. Very close to the best beaches and two the two village pubs both good restaurants and the village shop. The site is dog friendly and has discrete chemical toilet clean out facilities!

Really nice and close to croyde bay, few minute drive. The village is lovely, 2-5 minute walk to pubs and not far from the village shop. Very clean, with drinking water and showers and toilets available

Had 3 wonderful nights here. Loads of space. Super clean and friendly. Fantastic location away from the crowds but within walking distance of little shop and 2 pubs. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful functioning farm. Very helpful owners and got a chance to see the baby lambs in the barn. Lots of beaches close by, although the weather was up and down.
