About the site
A family friendly camping spot just a minute's walk from the sandy Achmelvich Beach, where you can spend time paddleboarding, waterskiing, fishing, and more! Onsite, guests can enjoy a well-stocked shop, a tasty fish and chips, and soak up the welcoming atmosphere. There are 40 non electric, unmarked grass pitches suitable for tents, campervans, motorhomes, caravans, trailer tents, and roof tents. Alternatively, choose from 20 grass pitches with a 10 amp electric hook up, suitable for tents and tourers. Keen walkers and explorers will be well placed to enjoy scenic trails, including Culag Woods just 15 minutes away, the Split Rock at Clachtoll 20 minutes away, and the Knockan Crag National Nature Reserve 40 minutes from the site. For more picturesque views, Kylesku Bridge is 35 minutes away and a popular spot along the NC500 route. Sorry, dogs are prohibited onsite. Fire pits and BBQs allowed as long as they are off the ground and do not burn the grass

*Check-in is between 12pm-8pm. Please check out by 12pm on your last day.
*There is a midnight curfew.
*No bonfires onsite, however, they are allowed on the beach.
*Fire pits and BBQ's allowed as long as they are off the ground and do not burn the grass.
*The site has a strict no dogs policy.
