Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2023 Very peaceful. Beautiful scenery. The owner is amazing, very polite and helpful. The site comes with all the need facilities you need. Washroom, shower and on site toilets. In the morning you get to see some of the animals grazing. Perfect.
No frills campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2023 Simple amenities, a field with water facilities, showers and toilets. Hot water wasn't working for pot washing when we were there. Could have done with a small seat in the showers as it was a balancing act getting a shower.
Still welcome to get a shower after 9 hours of walking in the heat and fells.
Owner saw us trying to locate the field in the pitch black and guided us.

Short honeymoon break
Camping Pod - Camping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Sep 2023 I booked this as a short honeymoon break for my son and his new bride. Alan the owner went above and beyond to make the place look stunning for them and even left them a congrats card with wine and beautiful flowers. The views around are beautiful and if you love peace and quiet then this is definitely the place for you. They have loved every minute of their stay here and would definitely recommend it.
Quiet and relaxing
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Nice little campsite. We had most of the camp to ourselves. A bit muddy but that’s part of camping. Hot showers and clean toilets. Will definitely go again.

Camping Pod - Camping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Aug 2023 Had a lovely stay at Cherry Tree Farm, booked the glamping pods for the bank holiday. A great location and everything you could possibly need for townies like us. Lovely, hot private shower and toilet. Hot tub, electricity, BBQ, fire pit and the most amazing views.
Would definitely recommend and shall be booking again in the future. Thanks for having us!
The Quaggy View Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Arrived two days late, but welcomed. Wonderful views, handy location at north end of Lake District. Facilities absolutely basic (as expected) a bit "Heath Robinson" but clean!

Amazing night at Cherry Trees Farm's Pod
Camping Pod - Camping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Aug 2023 Such a nice place, views are absolutely amazing, the owner so friendly and welcoming.
The pod we stayed in was incredible and you have everything you need for the night, lazy spa was a nice little touch for the night. Little hard to locate at first but once you ring up you find it perfectly fine.

Amazing campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 We had an amazing time at Cherry Trees Farm - the owner was a huge help and always so friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed.
The toilet and shower facilities were better than expected and the water was hot! Only problem we had with the facilities was clumps of hair and mud on the floors but that's to be expected.
The site is small which we found perfect - and it was easy to move somewhere new when another group pitched really close to us.
Overall would recommend this site to everyone, although you might want to do some extra planning if you don't drive as it's a bit out the way.

Fabulous visit
Camping Pod - Camping Pods with Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Aug 2023 The pod was brilliant. Beautiful inside and really clean. The toilet and kitchen area were great and the shower was phenomenal. The weather was quite wet when we were here and this led to quite a muddy experience but other than that we would definitely recommend.
Lovely site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Cherry Trees Farm was a beautiful campsite in the Lake District farmland. Alan, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating, which made our stay easy.
The showers were hot and the toilets and sinks were all fully functioning. It was really secluded and quiet, meaning we weren't disturbed by any other campers or neighbours at all. Our only 'issue' was that there weren't hooks in one of the two shower cubicles but that really wasn't a huge problem.
I would highly recommend Cherry Trees Farm and will be booking again if we're ever near the area!

Super short break
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 Clean toilets and hot showers. Weather was very wet, but so good to have a hot shower.
The owner was really lovely and checked we were all ok. Good value for money.
Only thing we could think of was a few extra hooks for hanging things whilst in the shower. One of them had hooks and the other didn't.

A great, budget site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Beautiful countryside. Basic facilities but all you really need for a weekend away. Host was helpful and quick to sort any problems.
The kids has a great time running through and hiding in the middle meadow!
Camping
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Great little campsite, very peaceful. We went for a quick 2 night getaway. 2 adults and 3 kids aged 15,10,& 8.
Kids ran wild in the field with a polystyrene aeroplane and ball. We were the loudest group there 😉
Plenty of walks and things to do locally with a short drive.
Toilets and showers, and little caravan shop selling wood, food, bits and pieces for BBQ.
What more do you need for camping 😊 would definitely go back.
P.S the field is an absolute suntrap🌞🏕️
Peaceful place
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2023 Small camp site with a big welcome.
The moment we arrived, Alan the owner and his friendly dog made us welcome, Alan were so helpful and approachable. The pitch is quite big, spacious and spread out to give privacy to others.
The toilet and shower blocks were nice and clean. The place was so relaxing and peaceful, we were overlooking to the vast field of green.
We will definitely return and stay longer next time.
