The café serves coffee but also has a licensed bar, which sells tasty light bites well into the twilight hours. The café decking overlooks the lake, so it has particularly splendid views at sunset (and there's free wifi in this area too). Be sure to unwind around your fire pit in the evenings.

About the site

The site offers a relaxed, family-friendly camping experience in the heart of Norfolk. Set within beautiful countryside, the park features spacious pitches, a children's play park, a cosy coffee area, and an onsite bar for unwinding after a day of exploring. With lakeside views, peaceful walking routes, and easy access to local attractions, it's an ideal spot for families, couples, and weekend getaways. Whether you're camping, caravanning, or visiting for a short break, Old Buckenham Country Park provides a calm, enjoyable setting to reconnect with nature. When some time away from rural bliss is required, a 35 minute drive will land guests in Norwich to explore the castle and cathedral, stroll in stunning gardens, learn a bit about history at one of the many museums, or enjoy shopping at the Norwich Market or in high-street stores. And if it's the coast calling, you're roughly an hour's drive from the Norfolk coast, where there are sandy beaches, arcades, scenic dog walks and, of course, plenty of ice cream stops.

Open from 27 February to 3 November.
