Single Axle Caravan - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2024 Nice wide access onto site, level hard standing and grass pitches. A short drive to Barry, great for Gavin & Stacey fans! About 1/2 hr to Cardiff, a lovely city. I had a lovely breakfast at Pugh's garden centre and a lovely meal at a Beefeater restaurant/ bar just 5 mins down the road.
Love the recycling facilities on site, there was only 2 showers but it looks their in the process of building more. Generally very clean and tidy with it being a working farm, but the showers could do with a good scrub around the disability handles and seats around the showers. Would definitely recommend and go again 👍🏼
Motor home stay
Motorhome - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2024 Lovely and peaceful, there were not many staying the night, but we did. I think there would be a queue for the loo if it was busy, a great shower and dishwashing facilities. I would come back as no one bothered us.
Excellent facilities
Motorhome - Winter Electric Hardstanding Pitches Oct 2024 Facilities were excellent. If anything, maybe hard standing might have been more level. I couldn't empty my grey water as there was a motor home parked too close to the waste point.

Motorhome - Summer Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2024 Lovely, peaceful campsite. Never actually saw the owners in our 2 nights. Emailed our arrival and that was it.
The facilities are clean, there are plenty of fresh water taps dotted around. Wi-Fi on the hard standing as you enter is fine, on parts of the field are poor. Bus stop nearby for Cardiff centre. If in the area again, would rebook, no issue.
A fantastic break
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 This site is situated between Barry and Cardiff. Easy to find just off the main road site had beautiful views.
washing facilities were good,clean
the pitches seemed large.
Over the road was a garden centre, with shop and cafe.But the Bus service to Barry and Cardiff was excellent. all in walking distance.
We had a great stay and will go back.
Lovely site

Excellent for the price, a great location, with local amenities and short walk from the bus stop at the end of the road. You can go to either to Barry or Cardiff.
Would definitely stay here again.
Little gem of a site
VW-Type Campervan - Summer Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2024 A little gem of a site. Very relaxed and loads of space. Loved hearing the cows in the morning. Location perfect as played golf at Wenvoe Castle, which is 2 minutes away.
Brilliant location for getting to Barry and Cardiff
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Brilliant location for getting to Barry and Cardiff using public transport, but not the quietest due to traffic noise.
We stayed two nights as we wanted to visit Barry on our way to Pembrokeshire as we are Gavin and Stacey fans. It was a pleasant site, the facilities were good and it was an easy enough walk to the bus stop. The public bus drivers were very helpful and we bought all day tickets which allowed us to hop on and off as we chose.
We got everything that we wanted from our stay.

Motorhome - Summer Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2024 Superb quiet campsite we stumbled upon. Was going to stay a further day but was booked up so sadly we had to move on. Toilets and shower blocks were fantastic.
We will definitely be back when we get the opportunity.
Lovely little site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 We stayed at this site for 3 nights. Perfect location for visiting Barry and Cardiff. The bus stop is at the end of the road. Site facilities are great and lovely places to eat at all within walking distance. Will definitely be staying again.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Gorgeous little site! We absolutely loved our stay. We had a great time, we were close to so many amenities. Would 100% recommend and will be returning! Excellent clean facilities, lovely and quiet and just an all round must for anyone wanting to explore South Wales.

Cardiff on a budget
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Stayed 2 nights. Great little site: toilets and showers were spotless and pot-washing area too.
10-15 minutes walk to the local pub with excellent food choices.

Extremely clean and modern facilities with local shops only a few minutes away.
Great location to strike out and visit the coast and inland attractions.

Lovely small site
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2024 This site is a lovely site. Close enough to everything but far enough away to be very quiet apart from a few cow noises that the kids loved. The showers, toilets and washing up area were spotless.
This has been one of our favourite sites and we will be returning. If I had to have one complaint, it would be that the showers do not drain away quick enough but that was a very small thing.
