Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Super PitchesApr 2026

Well located site for walkers, great coastal loop walk to St Abbas Head, can also walk to Eyemouth from here but can’t comment on that as we didn’t go. Nice little cafe at the harbour at St Abbs harbour side, great food and cakes! The site itself is simple, easy to find, and has a pub with simple pub food on offer. Friendly enough site, although there are a lot of static caravans on site (their main business) and everyone seems to know each other. Have stayed here twice, great stop off on the way farther north into Scotland, not too far from the A1.

Shocking facilities!

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Super PitchesApr 2026

The campsite is in a great location with a couple of pubs within walking distance and one that serves food. The Coldingham Priory is a must see, as are visits to St Abbs and Coldingham Bay. The clubhouse on site is very nice with a modern feel and plenty of seating and a decent bar. The young lad serving was very friendly and professional. The facilities on this site are what really lets it down. Both male and female shower blocks have just 2 shower cubicles in each, with locks that are not working and really dated and unclean toilets and showers. The male toilets had only one cubicle with toilet paper. The bins in the motorhome and touring caravan section were absolutely overflowing, with no way possible to recycle as there were actually bin bags surrounding the bins, meaning you could not get near the bins. Not wanting to add to the mess at the bins, we took our rubbish home with us and disposed of it in our own bins. The facilities were so poor we decided to leave a day early as there would have been no way of improving anything as the whole block needs refurbishing and updating. All staff encountered were lovely and professional, it was just the facilities that were the issue.

Friendly staff
