Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2026

We only stayed for one night and really enjoyed having a campfire and freshly made pizza too. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. On the negative there was no shop where you could buy a pint of milk or any essentials…though you could buy hot drinks and food from the cafe. The shower and loos were very basic and some loos had tiny bins full of sanitary waste that were over flowing - not great- maybe bigger swing top bins would work better.

Had a great stay here with my daughter. 15 mins away from Whitstable. Plenty of basic facilities here which were all fully functioning. The farm animals are a nice touch and kept my daughter entertained for the duration of the stay. In a great location to discover the wonders of Kent. Friendly hosts. We will come back here again for sure.

Simple site

I find it a lovely place to stay. It's a lovely family run place. Nice cafe and pizza at the weekend, what not to love.. Always quiet by 1030 the latest.

James is very helpful and you must try the pizzas on a weekend. As long as you like farm animals, this is perfect. Especially if you meet Larry the lamb. The cafe is also good to use and the relaxation place

The best experience ever

Really liked this place. Right next to the wood, has a café there and they even showed England vs Norway on the big screen! World Cup match, and yes England won. Fabulous.

Perfect place!

We loved everything- the designated pitches, animals and facilities. It’s a nice place a short drive from London.

Lovely site with cute farmyard animals to hang out with!

Absolutely loved it, the pitch was nice, the staff were friendly, the food was good at the cafe. The little goat and chicken farm was really nice in the middle but there was still plenty of space for families to play.

Excellent campsite

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJun 2026

The campsite hosts were great- super friendly, the site was easy enough to access via taxi for those who don’t have a car. The walks in the woods were lovely and the cafe was a life saver!

Lovely site but terrible sanitary block

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJun 2026

The site is located in a wonderful setting on the edge of Blean Woods, with good access to Canterbury, Dover and London. The field was mown and separated into pitches. There were animals on site which the children adored. The only but significant drawback was the very dirty toilet block - apparently it gets cleaned once a week, which is not sufficient for a sizeable campsite. There was also nowhere to freeze freezer packs, no reception on site or anybody to talk to as there was no reception on site. There being no mobile phone reception either, it was difficult to talk to the manager.

Site's response

Hi, thank you for your review, we’re glad you enjoyed the farm. I’m not sure where you got that information from, as we actually clean the facilities at least twice daily to ensure everything is in order, with fully stocked loo roll, soap, washing up liquid and 42 degree hot showers. We have a reception office on site located where our pizza unit is and there’s a large sign to indicate this. If you’d have asked we are able to swap freezer packs over the weekends and the cafe on site also has WiFi if you’re unable to get signal. I’d like to remind you we are a working farm with lambing etc ongoing, but strive to provide the best we can for our guests. Many thanks

Enjoyed out stay

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMay 2026

I am dropping a star for two reasons. There is very little phone signal and no wi-fi on the site. There are swarms of children running around and making a lot of noise from first thing in the morning until last thing at night. Other than that, it's very pleasant albeit a little rustic. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, the pizzas are delicious, and Arby's Cafe serves such yummy and healthy food. The location is excellent and we were able to walk into Whistable - about 5 miles and got a taxi back which was about £13.00. We very much enjoyed our stay, but we need the internet for our business, so this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Lovely and peaceful

Glamping Cabin - Meadow Lodge Ensuite Glamping Cabin (Dog Friendly)Sep 2025

My husband and I had booked very last minute and stumbled across the farm. It was wonderful seeing the animals roaming free and also in their paddocks. The wood fired pizza on the Saturday night was a lovely touch too. We stayed in Meadow Lodge, and it was so cosy and smelt lovely. The bed is the perfect height for the windows so if you wake up early enough you can watch the sunrise from the comfort of your duvet. You bring your own bedding and towels, but make sure you bring a t-towel for any washing up or hand drying, I forgot those bits. There are plenty of USB ports and plugs to use. James had arranged a lovely welcome hamper with some snacks and breakfast bits for the first morning with milk, juice and butter stocked in the fridge. The shower was lovely and warm, and we felt at home right away. Our dog really enjoyed it as well. I wonder if the lodge could benefit from a few hooks on the walls to hang coats and wet towels, as it was raining quite a bit when we were there (we used the cupboard knobs for wet coats). We are already looking at dates for when we can come back for a longer trip next time.

Pleasant site

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesSep 2025

A lovely site on a working farm. Plenty of farm animals around, some loose on the site. Very friendly staff. Has all required facilities but showers were a bit tired. Wellness retreat with hot tub, cafe & pizzas at the weekend.

Just wow

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesSep 2025

If you're in Kent, I highly recommend staying here, a campsite with a difference! Absolutely stunning location with some amazing animals who will be your friends and neighbours for your stay. Cuteness overload if you're staying at the weekend. The wellness retreat is an absolutely amazing way to relax and the views are insane. We were so lucky to catch the solar eclipse last night too. There is pizza and coffee on the site which we don't get chance to try but heard they were great. Robyn and James are super lovely and personally greeted us on site and as at hand if you have any issues. Good, hot shower and washing up facilities etc! Excellent value for money and I would 100% stay again thanks so much for a lovely stay. Emma & Marfa 🐾

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

We enjoyed our stay at Brook Farm & it was very reasonably priced. We didn't use the facilities as we had a motor home & used our own. The rest of our family did use the toilets / showers & found them satisfactory. We found a lovely walk for the dogs ( bridleway / footpath.) through Blean woods next to the site. The little petting area was great for the kids. The on site pizza facility was a good shout too. We found it nice & peaceful & would definitely stay again.
