Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 I would like to thank Andrew for accommodating everyone on the busiest weekend at the world cycling championships. His is usually a thankless task.
In the bell tent Shepherd's Hut - Bell Tents (5m) Jul 2023 We were staying in the bell tent (2 people). £80 for one night and had damp bed covers, it is a bit much as after all, it's only a tent.
Beautiful setting, lovely area, food rather expensive but when you've nowhere else to go, you really need to pay it.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Jul 2023 A nice park run by nice people.
Spectacular views although a lot of very narrow roads to get there a bit daunting for motor homers.
However, it was worth the journey, my only complaint would be if the price of stuff in their dining room. I mean, £20 for a burger and chips and £30 for a small steak and chips.
Overhaul, worth the trip but take your own food for your evening meal.

Great views and paths for walks with the dogs.
Complimentary continental breakfast with all guests that stay there!

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2023 Really beautiful spot. Excellent host and we ordered dinner and sat outside in the glorious sunshine.
No negatives whatsoever - highly recommend.
Below grade campsite Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2023 We didn't feel that this location was ready to receive guests and felt it was poorly managed. The meals provided by the chef, however, were excellent.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Apr 2023 Although we only stayed one night we were very impressed. A very friendly site and great to see quite a few dogs around. We're just sorry we didn't bring ours with us.

Shepherd's Hut - Shepherd's Hut Apr 2023 This was my first solo trip I have ever done and I cannot think of a better place to do it. Everyone was very welcoming and the site was lovely with plenty of walks around. The facilities were great and the shepherds hut was such a cosy little space. I would recommend this place to anyone who just needs a break from the usual hustle and bustle of life.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Feb 2023 Although a great deal of work was being carried out on-site at the time of our visit, the site was well maintained and our hosts were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others :-)
