Coplow Woodland Retreat offers a peaceful, off-grid glamping stay, ten minutes from Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon. There are family and dog friendly pods with terrace areas and countryside views, or a shepherd's hut and roundhouse wooden yurt with private eco facilities. Glamping Cabin - Roundhouse Wooden Yurt (Dog Friendly)Oct 2026

Very good communication and instructions about arrival from the owners. It was easy to find and well set out. The roundhouse was excellent with plenty of space. The site was well laid out and the standards inside and out were very good. Other cabins do have slightly better views over the valley but there was nothing wrong with being in the middle of the woods. There is noticeable road noise from the dual carriageway which may again just be something impacting this specific dwelling as the other ones are further away and over the brow of the hill. We walked to Bamford and only the Joseph Arch pub was operating. The food there was good and the service friendly. Overall a fantastic weekend getaway within easy reach of Stratford and Leamington Spa. Very good for people with dogs.

Glamping Pod - Glamping Shepherd's Hut (Dog Friendly)Nov 2025

I stayed in the Beech Hut at Coplow Woodland Retreat, and inside was beautifully done, with everything you needed for a stay in nature. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The log burner kept me nice and toasty, and the two burner stove was great with all the cooking pots, pans, and utensils which made cooking a meal and breakfast easy. The shower was a 20 second walk from the cabin and was lovely and hot. The toilet was next door and was the first time I've used a compost loo. It was fine and helps to protect the environment by letting nature take its course. Both Stratford and Warwick are just a short 5 mile drive away, so it is ideally located for all the sights. I would highly recommend a stay at Coplow Woodland Retreat, the hosts were very friendly and contactable if you needed anything.

Girlfriend & I stayed in The Beech Hut... just wow! Amazing woodland location with own private area of woodland. All units there VERY well spaced apart. Shower was decent. We did the country walk to the 2 pubs, map was fantastic. We had such a lovely stay, even though we had a touch of rain. The location is absolutely stunning! We will be back! Highly Recommend.
