Lovely location and well run friendly site
Single Axle Caravan - Large Electric Touring Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2023 Great holiday park and lovely location, plenty of walks around and literally 15 minutes from Robin Hoods Bay. Probably stating the obvious, but not a place for anyone who can't do steep hills.
We loved staying there and will book again if we're that way, but I do have observations which may be of interest to the site management.
Firstly, the showers are automatic and mostly have reasonable pressure, however, they run for 5 minutes. Most people I spoke to had finished within 3 minutes and were standing drying themselves while the shower carried on running.
Secondly, the hard standing is good with plenty of space, but the gravel (rocks) used for the hard stand are pretty uncomfortable underfoot for a soft Southerner!
All in all, loved it. Scenery is spectacular and all the people we met were lovely.

Perfect quiet location
Small Tent - Medium Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 This is the perfect location being only 20 minutes walk to Robin Hoods Bay and never having to go near a road to get there. The site is generally flat, making pitching easier.
The facilities are really clean and well looked after and the site is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by wildlife.

Motorhome-ing
Motorhome - Large Electric Touring Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2023 Great location next to 'Scarborough to Whitby' cinder track.10 mins walk to Robin Hoods Bay Beach and short walk into Fylingthorpe, with village store and pub serving good quality food.
Site was well laid out with level pitches and clean, roomy shower/toilet blocks.
Would benefit from a Motorhome service point in the family field and additional hooks in the showers.
Highly recommended.

Just to be clear, we do have a Motorhome service point in the Family Field. We have 2 hooks in the showers which is normal practice, this is usually enough.

Single Axle Caravan - Medium Electric Touring Hardstanding Pitches Jun 2023 Spent 7 nights on a touring pitch. Hardstanding level and all pitches well-spaced. Amenities were clean, with more than satisfactory showers. The reception staff were welcoming and willing to help. TV reception was good, but no Wi-Fi was available. Access to the site is hilly, having to use narrow roads with tight bends and an abundance of parked cars.
