Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Feb 2025 My stay at Wallace lane farm was exceptional, Rob was very friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me parking my caravan as it was only my third time towing it.

Quiet break
Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Feb 2025 Stayed on our first outing in a caravan. Site was a good choice, plenty of space, everything you needed on the well serviced plots.
Facilities were great, warm shower rooms, plenty of hot water and kept spotlessly clean.
Great site with amazing facilities and views.
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Feb 2025 An excellent site with fantastic facilities. The staff at Wallace Lane were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us on our arrival and during our stay, when we decided we wanted a fire pit bundle.
The shower and toilet blocks were kept immaculate and were always free as there's a few dotted around the site. There's also a pot wash and Laundry area which could come in handy.
The site is situated close to the lovely Village of Caldbeck which is well worth a visit. We popped into Oddfellows pub there and had a lovely meal at very reasonable prices, and the staff and patrons were very friendly, especially with our two mini-dachshunds.
Keswick is only 30 mins away and the drive over the tops is fantastic with amazing views over the rolling hills.
Would highly recommend Wallace Lane Farm and we'll definitely be going back when the weather is a little warmer.
Great campsite would recommend
VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Feb 2025 Great communication, the reception staff were most helpful. A good sized pitch, very clean and excellent facilities. Great value.
My only concern was that despite requesting a quiet pitch, I felt it was like being on a roundabout! Ideally located close to the toilet / shower block but there was a constant flow of people past the van to use the facilities, often stopping to chat to each other. The waste disposal point was located at the back of the pitch resulting in every van / caravan stopping at the rear of my van to empty their toilet.
The occupants of the caravan in front of pitch 21 walked across the grass along the right side of the van and others walked near the path to the left of the van resulting in anything other than a peaceful pitch.
Despite this I would recommend the site, it's great, just don't go on pitch 21 unless you're happy with a constant stream of people walking around you!

Glamping Cabin - Glamping Cabins With Hot Tubs (Dog Friendly) Dec 2024 We have just arrived home from a lovely stay at Wallace Lane Farm!
We had such a lovely time between Xmas and new year here with our little dog. We stayed in Kestrel cabin and the cabin itself was super cosy, equipped with a log burner, homely furnishings, board games and a hot tub.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We spent our time visiting the local tourist locations such as Keswick lake and enjoyed walks around the farm itself (they even have alpacas).
We'd definitely recommend a trip here.

The small shop on site was stocked with the forgotten essentials and an option of pizzas that can be delivered to your pitch. There are also a few pitches with the option of a hot tub if booked early.
We had a fully serviced pitch and it was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side but we still enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Nov 2024 A nice quiet site. The shower and toilets were clean, a well stocked camp shop. It was convenient for the lake district. There was a pizza delivery service and it was great. We would stay again.

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Pitches With Hot Tub Oct 2024 Stayed 3 nights for my husband's birthday and we had a hot tub pitch. We had a lovely, friendly greeting on arrival and was shown to our pitch. All the facilities were spotless and a short walk from the pitch. Would highly recommend this site for a quiet, peaceful break.

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Oct 2024 Lovely site. Very friendly and helpful staff. The shower/bathroom well equipped and kept spotlessly clean. Great location for visiting Keswick, Silloth, Cockermouth. Not far to drive anywhere in the Northern Lakes.
Would recommend this site and hope to come back again sometime.

Lady in the shop / reception was really lovely and helpful too. Toilet and shower block immaculate. Definitely recommend x
Quiet, comfortable stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced Hardstanding Touring Pitches Sep 2024 We stayed here for three nights and were very comfortable.
We appreciated the ability to check in after 5pm as well. All of the facilities we used were clean. Since there were still several pitches open, they let us pick where we wanted to go. We also appreciated how responsive the owners were after hours. We had a late night laundry issue and someone was available to help out.
Great location, not too far from services and from Hadrian's Wall.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Sep 2024 Very clean and quiet, just our last night was a bit noisy while we were trying to sleep. But was the best site we've ever stayed on. Toilets/showers are very clean.

The lodge and site was immaculate, very quiet and the sun was even shining for us. Very pleasant staff and loved the hot tub. Will definitely return.
