Lovely campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2025 Was quick and easy to book and the campsite was lovely and spacious,with the sun shining on,it has all the right facilities needed,shower block and toilets were clean and the site isn’t to far from the beach and coast for lots of food,icecreams and arcades,would definitely come back again ☺️
Lovely clean campsite but in the middle of nowhere
Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2025 Lovely spacious campsite and toilets was always so cleaned and well stocked .
The only down side it’s so far away from anything ie shop etc , everything is driving .
Walks was nice if you want a long stroll and directions on campsite was clear and easy to understand .
Only a suggestion could do with lights in the washing up stations

Motorhome - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2025 lovely site. easy access. toilet and showers perch for our stay. clean and tidy. pitched with electric hook up and had a great weekend. walked into Lyme Regis every day.

Weeks family stay
Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2025 Stayed for a week with two kids who loved the space to play cricket and generally run around and burn energy.
Liked the fact we could pick our own spot on arrival. Also people stuck to the no noise after sunset policy which created a peaceful relaxing atmosphere in an evening. Shower block was kept spotless and if needed someone from the farm always seemed to be about.
Would definitely recommend and will be on our list of places to visit again.

Just right
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2025 Perfect for us. We only need basic and cheaper stays so this suited us perfectly.
That said the facilities on site were spotless and sufficient. Great as a base or stopover. Like that there was no extra charge for an awning or dog. Field was fairly level and easy to access.

Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 Great site, lots of room. Clean toilet, shower, sink facilities. Occasionally a queue as only 2 female hand basins for whole site.
Camped at bottom of field, a relatively short distance from an A road but only noticed road noise on first night.
Great campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 Great location for Lyme Regis and Charmouth, but best to be aware, you can hear the traffic from the A35. Not a problem for us though.
Very relaxed site and clearly well attended by numerous repeat customers. Happy to pay for the showers, they were incredibly clean and all the facilities and field were very well kept.

Ideal site at a great price
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Had a lovely stay here. We camped Mon-Fri so it was relatively quiet. The facilities were kept very clean throughout. 50p showers were a good temp and lasted long enough for me & my son.
Good location with a short walk to the bus route into town. Excellent price compared to all the other sites I'd seen.

Facilities are exceptionally clean. Remember your 50 pence pieces for showers.

Motorhome - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 Great site for us to explore the villages of Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Slap bang in the middle. Beautiful sunny day so walked down and got the bus back both times.
Campsite had a chilled vibe, everyone kept themselves to themselves. Owners on hand if you need them so no “fussing” just left to own devices.
Clean shower and toilet block, large sinks to wash up and drinking water on tap. Basic and functional, just getting back to nature.
Ideal little campsite and will return again. I would recommend this site. Decent price too.
One night at Cummins Farm
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 One night stay at Cummins…..quiet and simple site, lovely and chilled. Excellent shower and toilet block facilities.
Lovely walk into Lyme Regis across the fields and then along the river.
Will definitely stay here again.

Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 This was such a great find! We wanted a quiet site with decent facilities in a good location.... and this is exactly what we found!
The owners were friendly and helpful. The site was quiet and the facilities we used (toilets, showers and washing up) areas were all well looked after and cleaned regularly.
We'll definitely be staying again.
Great site
Twin Axle Caravan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2025 We had a lovely time at Cummins farm camp site.
Very relaxed site and we could set up where we wanted. it's just depending if you have booked for electric or not. Very friendly owners. Toilet & shower block are very clean, although we didn't use them ourselves. Fresh eggs can be obtained from the white bungalow.
We would definitely camp there again.
