Amazing site
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Fantastic site and lovely hosts. Really appreciated finding a site that was priced fairly. Will hopefully be back again soon.

Super peaceful campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Sarah was really friendly and welcoming; it's a lovely smaller campsite in a quiet area.
Good level pitches and clean communal washrooms.
We cycled from East Cowes which isn't very far, but Ryde is very close.

3 night camping stay
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Good location to this area of the island.
Always love a site where you can choose to pitch. The 24 hour shop is fav as we got a pint of milk each morning and didn't need to worry about keeping it cold.
Toilet block good. It wasn't too busy when we went and lots of VW campers had their own, but I imagine it could get busy if there's lots of campers, as there's only 1 shower in ladies and a few cubicles. What was there and when we went, we had no issues at all.

Now that the site is moving out of its infancy and becoming more established, we plan to invest in an increased number of shower facilities for next season. Since your visit, we've already introduced a communal fridge freezer for campers to keep their supplies cool and built a wooden ranch-style shaded area to help keep themselves cool during the Summer!

A very handy and friendly site
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Simple and uncomplicated. Had a camping pitch, easy to find, easy access and very helpful and friendly site staff/hosts.
Its nice and quiet but only just outside Ryde which has plenty for shopping and eating. Would certainly use again.

Great find, close to home
Jul 2025 Found this campsite on a local website, just by chance. So pleased that we did.
Very smooth booking process and great contact from the host Sarah, both before and whilst on site. Very flexible with arrival time. Easy to find from their directions and friendly greeting on arrival. Spacious field with a slight slope. Lots of space between pitches (with electric hook-up, pitch no.5).
Great views on all sides, one side with views of the glorious airstream caravans and over the back were fields. Good facilities and the best shower we've had on a site! Although there is only one, so if it's busy then may need to stagger use. And the washing up facility only has cold water available.
Sarah very kindly showed us inside a couple of the airstream caravans, they are beautiful, unusual and surprisingly spacious complete with showers or even a bath!
A very quiet site, with friendly host, spacious pitches and a farm shop at the end of the lane for fresh bacon, sausages and eggs. What more could we ask for? We'll definitely be back.

As the site is now becoming better established, we will be investing in a greater number of showers and are exploring the viability of housing a hot water boiler outdoors to feed the communal washing-up sinks. Watch this space!

Peaceful, friendly, good views, great value
Jul 2025 We arrived on spec and were delighted there was space - a flat field, a very friendly greeting, good facilities (6 toilets, 2 showers, very clean), dog friendly, lots of space and good views. Great value.
We originally planned to stay one night but liked it so much we stayed for four.
