Just 20 minutes from Dover and the Eurotunnel, Blandred Camping offers a peaceful traditional camping getaway or simple stopover in the Kent Downs. Tents and tourers are welcome on non electric grass pitches, with raised fire pits and BBQs permitted. There is a handy bus stop just a ten minute walk away, with shops and pubs within a five minute drive. Canterbury, Folkestone and The White Cliffs of Dover are also within 20 minutes!

A basic but very well thought-out/well maintained site/experience. Toilets/showers are excellent, really couldn't be happier. Clearly new and well thought out. You get to pick your own plot which is nice, though initially the lack of anyone present on arrival felt odd - I guess it's fine if you're used to it. The host came round later and was very friendly. Personally I was a bit off put by the large cellular tower next to the field. Otherwise if you're just looking for a functional place to camp, it's perfect.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2025

Nice location, site was spotless, facilities spotless, a good management system onsite to maintain a family friendly environment. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.. shops were a half hour walk away if you forgot anything but failing that uber covers the site.
