About the site
This family and couples-friendly campsite is the perfect place to explore the countryside and coastline. Just 100m from Barmouth Beach and within a five minute drive of Snowdonia National Park, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to days out. Tents, trailer tents and campervans under 5.5m are welcome across non electric grass pitches, each measuring 6m x 8m. There is also a range of 5m x 8m electric grass pitches, each with a 10 amp hookup, suitable for tents, trailer tents, motorhomes, campervans and caravans. Tourers also have the option of an electric hardstanding pitch with a grassed area, ideal for your awning or outdoor table and chairs. These pitches measure 5m x 9m with a water, and 10 amp electric hookup. Fully serviced pitches are available with 10 amp electric, water and waste drainage. Some have grassed areas too. All of the site's pitches welcome up to eight guests with tarmac roads for easy access. To ensure privacy and peace and quiet, the site ensures pitches are well spaced out so everyone can unwind. For those who prefer glamping, there are a range of pods, along with three shepherd's huts to choose from. The three glamping pods each sleep up to four in a double sofa/futon bed, along with two singles, you will also have electric (USB points) and heating for those cooler evenings. Bedding is not provided and shared facilities are nearby. The site also have a larger ensuite glamping pod. This pod comes with a separate bedroom with a double bed, along with a double sofa bed in the living room area. There is also a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, heating and a modern shower room. Outside is your own private decking with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The three shepherd's huts allow up to four guests in two single beds and a double clic-clac sofa bed. The open-plan space also has electric and USB points, heating and a dining table and chairs, great for evenings playing board games with the family. Shared facilities are nearby. BBQs are welcome onsite, so don't forget to pack your burgers and sausages in a cool box! Four-legged friends are also more than welcome, with up to two allowed per pitch and in the pet-friendly glamping options. There are also three static caravans available onsite.
