About the site
Located on a quiet lane in the village of Bighton, guests can enjoy being within walking distance of both a pub and a restaurant. Being only a ten minute drive from the South Downs National Park, there are also plenty of walking routes to explore, along with being just a short 5 minute stroll from the historic Watercress Line (a 19th-century heritage line with steam trains). For tourers and campers, the site offers 15 spacious 15m x 9m grass pitches for all types of tourers, campervans, tents and trailer tents. All of which have a 10 amp electric hook up. The site is located less than ten minutes away from the Georgian market town of Alresford with its colour-washed houses, riverside walks and the UK's capital of watercress farming. Explore the picturesque streets lined with delightful rural pubs, cafés and restaurants, as well as boutique shops. There is also a great range of wildlife nearby and onsite, including red kites, squirrels, pheasants, hawks and glow worms. Guests are welcome to bring their own gas BBQs or tripod BBQs. Sorry, no dogs permitted onsite.

Ensuite Glamping Pod

A cosy pod furnished with a double bed, ensuite toilet, Freeview TV with DVD player, kettle and electric heater. Outside there is a decked veranda with a table and chairs and BBQ stand. Shared shower facilities nearby. Please bring your own bedding.

PARK RULES:
Quiet hours: We all need some quiet time to rest and so we have a NO NOISE policy from 10pm to 7am
Outside of these 'Quiet hours' we ask that all guests refrain from playing loud music and be respectful of all other guests and our neighbours
Our park is exclusively for adults only (& maximum of 4 adults per pitch)
No dogs (nor any pets) permitted on to our site
No group bookings are permitted
No visitors are permitted to enter our gated park - access is only permitted for guests who have booked & paid to stay
No fire pits/open fires are permitted
There may be periods of high fire risk (typically during the summer) when all BBQs and any type of outside cooking equipment is banned
There is a 5mph speed limit throughout the site
Drones are not permitted to be flown over or operated from any part of our site
Electric Vehicle Charging - this is strictly forbidden anywhere on our park
Check in days are Monday to Friday inclusive
Check-in window is: 1pm to 6pm daily (pitches) and 4pm to 6pm daily (glamping units)
Depart by 11am
Minimum 2 night stays
No same day arrivals permitted (minimum booking notice required is 1 day prior to arrival date)

Only one sleeping unit permitted per pitch
Maximum occupancy per pitch booking:

Maximum 1 gazebo, awning or pup tent per pitch (these are not to be used for sleeping in)
*Nb. Gazebos (non-sided only), Awnings / pup tent (breathable ground sheet only & to be regularly moved to protect our grass for the next guests please)

We ask our guests to leave the Tiny Home as they found it on arrival
