VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We had an our first camping experience last night having walked the circular Seven Sisters/birling gap circular route. The campsite has a lovely view of the closest hills and is in a secluded position. Toilets and showers were clean with hot water. No queues. Great pizza to be recommended. Was lovely waking up to lots of space around us and of course wonderful weather. Thank you to the team at Bramley Park Camping. We will be back!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Right in the heart of the South Downs. Gorgeous walks around and a lovely, well facilitated camping ground.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 We had such a lovely stay at Bramley Park Camping! Very chilled vibe, delicious pizza van which you can also get coffee & brekky in the mornings. All the basics toilets, showers etc and you can hire fire pits & wood which was great in the evenings. Fab location, easy to drive to walks along the Seven Sisters. The guys running the site were lovely and helpful, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Brilliant camping spot! Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Everything you'd want in a camping ground; plenty of space, friendly staff, clean facitlities, great location and pizza and coffee!
Nice place Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Really nice place to stay.
Big field, great for big gatherings Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2025 Big, open and flat site. Can choose your own pitch. Big toilet block and hot showers, but a bit of a walk if you pitch across the field. The toilet block got very busy as the site was quite full, and at the height of bedtime, the sinks overflowed where people were cleaning their teeth. A couple of the toilets also got blocked, but the staff cleared them quickly.
It was quite noisy as there was a big gathering in a neighbouring field, but we only found out due to the late night music and cheering! Not a huge issue for us as we sat up late around a fire, but could be an issue for families with young children. Would be good to be informed at check in if there are events going on.
Staff were really friendly, hardworking and made delicious pizzas!
A good spot with good pizza! Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Great spot and lovely host and good pizzas.
Summer weekend break Recommends site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Myself and my husband stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great.
There are washing facilities but I don't think there is enough considering the size of the campsite. As well as that there was no hot water in the toilets.
Also, I think it would be good for the pitches to be numbered and not just a free for all as some people were not leaving enough space for others to get out with their vehicles.
Really well organised campsite Recommends site
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Clean toilets and washing facilities. Flat field and well organised checkin. Got breakfast and pizza can on-site. The kitchen guys seem to be working super hard. Kudos to them.
Only very short distance from Polegate which you can get more food/drinks from.
Lovely stay Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Had a lovely family weekend at Bramley Park.
Check in simple, facilities basic but more than adequate, showers hot and toilets clean.
Would definitely visit again
Loved it! Recommends site
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 We had such a lovely time staying for 2 nights at Bramley park. We don't have a car so got the train from London which was super easy to do.
On the Saturday, we walked into Jevington and then did the hike to Seven Sisters cliffs which was great. It was about 5hrs and some parts challenging, but def worth doing if you're able. The local pub (the Eight Bells) was fab and the perfect rest stop at the end of our walk.
The atmosphere of the campsite was really nice. Everyone was respectful, set up with good distances away from other tents and noise was kept to a minimum despite lots of families. The facilities were basic but had everything you could need.
The on-site pizza was great and even catered to vegan and gluten free diets which we were pleasantly surprised by.
Would love to come back and visit again soon.
Camping! Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Showers had only one heat setting & was a tad hot on a hot day.
The staff were exceptional, friendly & helpful.
Very good Recommends site
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Very good, when we arrived on the Thursday for the weekend, the site was very crowded, had to queue for showers and only two sinks to wash up.
Helpful staff and great location Recommends site
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Wonderful location for walking the South Downs, great camping field, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money. The fairly basic facilities are kept remarkably well, and queues are rare, even at the weekend when the site gets much busier.
First time solo camping Recommends site
Trailer Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 For my first time camping and going solo this was a great site, the staff were amazing and so welcoming, Harry was super helpful and friendly :-)
The toilets and showers were always clean, the showers had great water pressure and lovely and hot.
The onsite breakfast and pizza shack was great, even did Gluten free and Vegan pizzas which surprised me.
I would say the only thing that maybe could be changed was the prizes in the little shop. I pay £3.95 for a bag of ice.. But I did find a shop the second day of my visit (6min walk) that sold lots of things for much cheaper, so would say head there first.
Overall it was a lovely stay and I will definitely be back. Thanks :)
Perfect two night stay Recommends site
Bell Tent - Unfurnished Emperor Tent Jul 2025 Great weekend away with family and friends. Perfect location and excellent facilities.
We had forgotten one sleeping bag and well equipped shop came to our rescue.
Great pizzas at night and cafe in the morning. We will be back.
Fantastic basic site Recommends site
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 We really loved our stay here. Plenty of room to pitch and cheap as chips. Loved that the dog was welcome and we could use an awning without having to pay extra.
The pizza place offered a great selection and we indulged the first night which was a real treat. The little shop is reasonably priced and we had a lovely ice cream our second day. Distance to Eastbourne beach was reasonable and we'll definitely be back to stay again.
My only very small gripe was that on arrival we were asked not to pitch in the coned off middle area. No other information. So driving through the site we decided to go close to the no pitch zone. Lovely. Until returning from the beach the next day, we realised that area had been reserved for a group booking of about 30 kids and parents. Now we know it's a family and group site, but it would have been useful to know in advance that this was the plan for that area. We would have made a different pitch choice. As it was, the group were not awful and they were only there for one night. But, I do think that it would have been nice just to know there was a large group of kids coming who would be still running around and screaming/shouting until 11pm.
So next time we stay, I will be asking when we arrive if they are expecting any groups so we can pick our pitch accordingly.
