Adult only and dog friendly touring park, Flaxton Meadows is a peaceful base offering the best of both worlds, being just 15 minutes from York and ten minutes from the start of the Howardian Hills, within easy reach of the North York Moors. The site is kept small, with just 25 pitches for campers and tourers with excellent eco-conscious facilities including a bar, pizza, nature trail, a launderette and a facility block with underfloor heating.

Site managers were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The best toilet and shower block you will see on any site, with the added bonus of a bar on site for an evening drink. Would recommend this site to anyone.

Great small park. Quiet and rural. Lovely amenities. Absolutely loved the bar on site. Highly recommend and will return when back in the area.
